Room 510 was about twice as big as I expected. Everything was beautiful: the bathroom, the full length mirror, etc. Plenty of room to use my exercise mat. Big bed, very comfortable. Loved it, I didn't want to leave.
Also, there were a lot of shopping and eating options very close. Less than 10 min walk from the Casa de Musica metro stop.
Pretty far from the city center, but the taxis are inexpensive, and there was always a line of them available just outside the front door.

Specifically chose this hotel/room based on its offering of a room for 3 persons. We were a group of 3 friends and it was nice for each person to have their own bed. The rooms were clean and housekeeping did a good job of providing fresh towels. Location was also a plus for us, as it was near several places to eat and not more than 10-15 mins Uber ride to where we needed to go.

I love this hotel. Conveniently located near the Casa da Música metro station and several bus stop, which will take you everywhere you need in a few minutes (downtown, seaside, airport…). The rooms are big and well maintained, with big bathrooms and showers, large windows and closets.
Everything is very clean thanks to the efficient and discreet housekeeping staff.
The Front desk staff is helpful and friendly and there’s nothing they don’t know about the lovely city of Porto (including finding you an open pharmacy on weekends).
I’ll keep coming back, as always.

It was also very considerate of them to serve us in the room, even though we were past the usual room service hours. The breakfast was excellent, especially the coffee and tea options, which were fantastic. The staff’s constant smiles also contributed to a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the hotel.

Spent 4 nights in HF Fenix. When booking I had requested a double room but was given 2 singles. We just pushed the beds together. The hotel was lovely and clean. The room was nice with wooden floors and nice full length mirror and was cleaned daily.
There is a Lovely food market just a few minutes walk from the hotel with a variety of food and drink to choose from .
A good 30 minute walk (some steep downhill) to the main area.
But Ubers are cheap and there is a taxi rank right across the road if you don’t fancy walking.
The bar didn’t open until 5pm.
The bathroom door was a sliding glass door with frosting just in the middle .

Cleanliness leaves room for improvement (dirty mirrors, dust in the drawers, dirty shower head , etc). Also, we needed to changed the room because the first one had a bad smell coming from the bathroom and noise coming from the neighbours through the connecting door - unfortunately was possible only after 2 nights.

The location is perfect. It's not in the main touristy area, but everything is still quite easily accessible. There's also a shopping mall nearby that's fun to visit in the evenings. The hotel is very clean, and you can see vending machines conveniently located in the corners and on each floor, so if you need snacks or other items, you can easily purchase them. The hotel entrance is spacious, making it easy to move in and out. The room I stayed in was very spacious, so there were no concerns about feeling cramped.
The only thing I didn't like was the lighting in the bathroom. It was quite dim and could use more lighting to make it brighter and more functional.

The location is perfect (very large food court 100' away, shopping mall with laundry machines 50' away. the rooms were sized in line with price. Large rooms and bathrooms, and when you came home from a day touring the town, the bar was staffed with friendly fun people.

I actually canceled my reservation I had made with your lisbon location because I could not verify the process with enough confidence in time, literally a bot sending an email every 2 hours with a count down threatening to cancel my reservation was ridiculous. I went through booking.com to make the reservations for a reason, I know them. But yet had to go to a 3rd party website to pay you? And no response to my emails asking for confirmation this is actually an email generated by your company..
