Location is great, staff very friendly and the room was comfortable.

Wi-fi inside the room was really bad. At the lobby worked fine, but in the room was very unstable. The AC wasn’t too strong, so it was a bit hot.

Location is very good, breakfast was ok, staff were nice.

Very small room, if you have luggage there is no place to turn around. The hottel says that in the rooms you cannot smoke, but we could smell the ciggarettes every day, so someone was smoking. For us, that was unpleasant. Also, the room is not soundproof, you can hear everything.

Provided water and apple in the lobby.

Smelling, elevator too dark, floor stepped noisy, usb charging not working, assigned a room without cleaning up and told us we arrived too early which was 30 minutes before 4:00 PM.

Breakfast was amazing and running until 11am which was very convinient. The hotel location was very central and in a nice area with shops close by. Would highly recommend

There were no gym facilities at the hotel which was a shame. Would benefit from a bar upgrade to offer more cocktail options.

Hotel staff welcoming. Fun bicycle theme in lobby/restaurant. Able to store luggage before check in and after check out. Hotel and room very clean. Room quiet and comfortable. Twin beds room option perfect for traveling with my daughter. Felt safe in and around hotel. Breakfast was excellent with many options including local flavors. Trick to shower is to pull up on silver button/knob before turning water on (took us a while to figure that out). Had safe, good amount of storage, and mini fridge in room. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Only other thing I can think of that would have been helpful is having luggage stands to use in the room.

Location was good.

A/C & thermostat did not work, shower tub was rusted through with metal falling off, shower poorly designed with water getting on floor every time due to unsealed glass door at bottom and shower tub way too narrow causing danger of slippage. Noisy location for high cost 2 room suite room category.

Registration staff gave us a room early so the whole group can have somewhere to put our luggages. On the other end, that means no area to deposit luggages in after checking out and you are not yet done with business in Porto.

Very small rooms, no space beside sink to put personal toiletries, linoleum flooring, registration staff take in guests sitting on bar stools on desktop attached to a pole.

The location was excellent, the hotel bed was comfortable, the cleaning staff was great and amicable. The staff at reception was wonderful and able to assist for all issues promptly. The breakfast was also good and the bread were excellent.

Wifi connection was good but unsecured with no password. Lack of amenities such as pool or gym or common space. For breakfast, the eggs were oily - can improve.

That you cannot control the A/C. The staff informed that it is due to the season. For us, the room was hot. When we opened the window as we were advised, fresh air was coming in. Nevertheless, we couldn't resist the noise from outside .

Location was close to the train station (although up a very big hill) and walkable or a short Bolt ride to everywhere we wanted to go. Breakfast was as expected, slightly overpriced but good. Staff were excellent with information and suggestions. Room was spacious.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Floors in the bathroom were very slippery tile and the water pressure in the shower wasn't great, most of the water flowed out of the tap not the shower head.

The location was perfect — very close to paid hotel parking and within walking distance of everything. Our room had a beautiful view of the church, and iconic spots like the Dom Luís Bridge, the stunning tiled São Bento Railway Station, shops, restaurants, and cafés were all just steps away. What truly made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, always greeting guests with a smile. A special thank you to Selma, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Lot of traffic around the elevator!

Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices for many palates. Staff were very helpful at front of house. Main congregation areas were clean and tidy and offered a relaxing atmosphere. Location at the top of the main hills was perfect for getting around especially to the main shopping centre and rail station.

The hotel class was suggested as being a 4*. Which for me fell well short of this accolade comparing to what I'd expect from a room in the UK. The rooms were very basic and the tea/coffee facilities were some of the poorest I've come across. Only two sachets of milk per day were left and all in to used through cardboard cups. Proper crockery should really be available with fresh milk sachets stored in the fridge. It was strange to have the only sink in the main bedroom and not in the bathroom. Something we were not keen on. Hygienically this wasn't ideal.
