Huge rooms, with almost everything you need. Beautiful views from the upper floors. There is a swimming pool on the top floor. Breakfasts are not bad. Close to Doha City Center Mall.
I was a little surprised that I had to ask for a hair dryer. There is no clothes dryer, although the hotel provides vouchers for visiting the beach.

Location and Room size and bed comfort
On my first day in the room, I noticed a cigarette smoke smell. I contacted reception, and they sent someone who was very helpful. They brought an air freshener and left it on for the duration of my stay. There was no Valley Park on Friday mornings. At first, I didn't accept this, but later I realized it gave me privacy and allowed me to check in and out more quickly.

Good location, clean place , good restaurant. Recreation is good with good staff.
Undisclosed guest rules, if youโre intending to celebrate any family occasion or event I think the place is not suitable, but for plain and simple family vacation. it is okay. Visitor will wait at the lobby for some other visitors to go out before they will be allowed to go up.

Location, space of apartment
Toilets were not maintained: flush not working well and sink needed some cleaning. However they sent technicians to do the needful during our stay. This should be before our check in.
The price was too high in comparison to the provided services and level of maintenance.

I ordered room service , after looking at the menu , I thought it was a reasonable price to place an order. When it came time to pay the price was totally different. The waiter said thatโs an old menu I have in the room. I went to the front desk. They said they will talk to the manager of the issue. Nobody came back to
me. That seems like price baiting

Everything is a 10 except the cold you have inside!
If you get an apartment on the side that never receives direct sun, during chill winter days you live inside a 18 degrees apartment. Even if you turn off the AC, some areas still receive buildingโs AC and inside does not get hotter as there are no direct sun rays. We have stayed 3 times here for new year eve. For the first 2 times , we were lucky but on the last one, was horrifically cold, thermometer not passing 17-18 degrees.

Excellent stay at Aleph Doha Residences. Great breakfast and smooth check-in/check-out. Special thanks to Mr. Khattab, Reception Manager, Oumaima for the warm check-in, and Rabaa for the efficient check-out. Outstanding service.

I like the location of the hotel and the size of the apartment.
There was no kids club or any activity for them, the breakfast and the room service food wasnโt that good.
And when I ordered room service they just brought the food without salt or pepper and also I asked for ice they didnโt bring.
