Upon arrival, I was uncertain of the level of service I would receive. However, I was greeted warmly by the staff whose names I was able to ascertain, and they provided exceptional care. The reception area, located on the 31st floor, was impressive; while I am accustomed to ground-level receptions, this was not a concern. Claudia, Rain, and Vanessa provided outstanding service. Although the reason for my room upgrade from the initially booked deluxe king-view room to a junior suite is unclear, I was pleasantly surprised by the significant increase in space. The cleanliness, amenities, and overall organization of the room were exemplary; my expectations were exceeded. Thank you.

Forced to valet parking, security guard was not able to explain simple question to park our car behind the hotel, basically refused to answer, I donโt understand why I have to rush with my luggage because some valet assistant is not able to say where to park the car, appalling, saw other local drivers refusing it with anger, too. And then collecting the car, stand in cold wind and wait for the same attendant serving other 4 vehicles, whatโs the point playing theatre on 5 star service. The check-in, paid for sea view room, was told thatโs not the case and receptionist offered me free upgrade to a room I paid already ??? Very cold in room, aircon even set for higher temp went down to 17C, luckily housekeeping brought an oil radiatorโฆwinter months are cold in Dohaโฆ.Breakfast - mediocre food, found better half priced at Accorโs 4 star, no coffee machines, waited for simple 2 Americanos until we finished eating breakfast, coffee served from one bartender with one coffee machine for this size of hotel, two managers walking around, not hands on approachโฆwhat to say more ?

The facilities are great. There is a mini mart on the Ground Floor and an Irish Bar on the 32nd floor. A bonus is that you cannot hear a thing when in your room.

The room was quite small, and unfortunately, the beds were not very comfortable.
Additionally, the pillows and blankets had an unpleasant odor, which made it difficult for me to sleep.
I hope the hotel considers improving these aspects to enhance the guest experience.

The views were stunning, though the WC was uncomfortably small and the breakfast felt basic compared to usual Marriott standards.
Overall, thanks to the amazing staff, Iโll definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the hotel for two weeks over Christmas and New Year and were very satisfied.
We had a sea-view room on the 28th floor. Everything met our expectations โ the room truly had a direct sea view (not from an angle or blocked by other buildings), which was fantastic. The room was well equipped, and the comfortable bed, pillows, and bedding deserve special mention.
We chose accommodation with beach access. The beach was about a 1 km walk away, which made it easy to plan our beach time comfortably.
We would especially thank the restaurant team. The food was excellent. We chose a package with breakfast and dinner. Breakfasts were very tasty, and the dinners were truly at a fine-dining restaurant level. Every evening offered something new and interesting. The breakfast and dinner service team was also wonderful: friendly, helpful, and highly professional.

It generally felt a bit outdated as a building. There were also different elevators depending on which part of the building you wanted to go which resulted at times in long waiting to get to the rooms and confusion. With the same price, I think there are much better options in Doha.
