The room itself was spacy and you get almost everything you need. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We got the wrong room at first, but that was fixed right away.
The room is very noisy, either from outside, in the hallway or your neighbors. It is not a quiet room, you will hear your neighbors watching TV or a baby crying all night. If you have a room close to the elevators, you will hear the elevator ding sound at every stop of the elevators. So, not only your own floor, but you will hear them for every elevator which stops at any floor. The Wifi is also really bad, which makes working hard.

Elements West Bay Doha is a great hotel situated in the heart of West Bay, very close to the West Bay beaches and right opposite the West Bay mosque. It's about a 5 - 10 minute walk to the City Center Mall and a 20 minute walk to the DECC metro station.
The hotel and room were very nice. I was very kindly upgraded from a 3 bedroom apartment to a 4 bedroom apartment. The room was huge and very spacious.
Breakfast was really good also. Some previous reviews had us worried as there were mixed reviews about what was available. It was a continental breakfast, and a very substantial one at that. There were many varieties of pastries, breads, fruit, yogurts, cereals and a selection of cold meats. Tea, coffee, juices and smoothies were also available. Plenty for everyone. There is also a small hot breakfast section that had scrambled eggs and an additional hot dish that changes each day. Omelettes, waffles and pancakes are available at an additional cost of QR10.
There is a swimming pool on the top floor, as well as a gym and spa (Spa may require additional charges, but we didn't use the spa).
Staff were very friendly and helpful and housekeeping were very prompt with any requests and cleanliness was great. They also provide you with plenty of complimentary bottles of water to keep you hydrated and replenish the stock when you get the room cleaned.
There was complimentary WiFi in the room and it was very good coverage and great speeds.
There were a few a few minor nitpicks, but nothing too major. We arrived pretty early and it would have been great to get an early check in, but this wasn't available. Normal check in times are 3pm, but our room wasn't ready till about 3:30pm, which was inconvenient, but not too much of an issue. If you're arriving on an early flight, I'd recommend booking the night before. We didn't because of the additional cost, but I would do it in future.
The 4 bedroom apartment that we had was very large. So much so, that it could do with some rugs to make it nicer to walk through. They do give you slippers to wear inside the room, but the hard flooring wasn't the greatest for that homely feeling.
There is a washing machine in the room, but there isn't a dryer. Whilst the air conditioning did have a heat setting, it didn't work and I was told that it's not available. This meant that it took slightly longer to dry the washed clothes on cold air conditioning. Not too much of an issue, but something to note, especially for the winter months as it can get slightly chilly in the evenings. There are also no windows that can be opened or a balcony, so you don't have any access to fresh air from the room.
Something that was rather annoying, but out of control is that everyday, there is a big tanker that comes right outside the hotel to pump out the sewage water. It takes anywhere between 15 and 30 minutes for this to complete, but it's a really loud and very annoying noise. It tends to take place early evenings on most days, which was fine as we were normally out, but the first time we noticed it, was at 1am in the morning, which definitely woke us up. I'm guessing that there isn't a sewage piping system underground and so this is necessary, but useful to know as we had no clue what the noise was!

I like all the staff, they were so friendly and helpful. They sprized my daughter with a delicious cake and a lovely note. There was problem in the bathroom and they changed the apartment immediately and sent us apology note with sweet and fruit. They gave us extra bed for free. The way they treat there guests is exceptional. The location is great in the middle of every thing. They is mosque in front of hotel. Patrol station and small cold store. 2 minutes by car to the metro and the city center mall. The breakfast is good. The bed is soooo comfortable.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The facilities are modern and well-maintained. The location in West Bay is great, close to City Mall and not far from the beaches.
The breakfast was tasty, although the variety of choices was somewhat limited. The pool was warm and clean, and the gym was well-equipped.
A special mention goes to the staff, who made our stay truly enjoyable. They were kind and friendly at every level of the hotel, including the reception, restaurant, and pool area. We encountered a
small issue in our room, but the staff responded promptly and professionally. They even left us a handwritten apology along with a small gift, which was a very thoughtful gesture.
Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again in the future!

The apartment description was misleading. Advertised as 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed to sleep 5. However, there was no Queen bed, just a normal double bed. When I asked for extra bed, I was told it would be chargeable and most customers pay for it. My 13 yr old had to sleep on the sofa in lounge and on a foot stool (alternatively) for our 6 night stay. I did not want to pay for extra bed as I felt cheated. As if the hotel was trying to make extra money by selling room with misleading information.

Great Hotel, I've stayed here twice before and highly recommend. Thank you, Habiba and the breakfast team, for the great experience. Security/doormen were helpful and welcoming. Location is perfect, by the beach, adjacent to the mosque and a minute away from the minimarket.

We stayed here for our full 13 day stay. Second time for us. Staff were lovely. Really welcoming, positive and caring. Greeting us with smiles for breakfast and warm welcomes when we would return to the hotel. The rooms are lovely. Our friends visited us and described it as being like a penthouse. It truly feels like home away from home for us and the location is great. Great deals for ladies and men's nights in the super stylish bar upstairs! Lovely place.
The indoor pool environment needs to be a few degrees warmer. I also wish Elements would have given us a loyalty discount that was cheaper than booking.com... but booking.com represented best value for money. The deals on for spa or the bar need more promotion. They were not as obvious to us. These are however small niggles... and we will definitely go again.

The pool is a bit small but still manageable specially if it is not peak season/days. There js a sauna/steam that you can enjoy any time.
All the staff are friendly except I think for 1 in the reception which i found a little stress during that day. Before coming early in the hotel about 1:30pm, i have send a message in the application if we can come between 1-2pm and received a message that it was updated. As per the lady in the reception/lobby “updated” does mean it was confirmed. We waited until 2:30-2:30 and she even stressed me out that it is actually still early since normal check in is 3:00pm.

Excellent location in the centre of every place you would think of.. 24hrs gym so no need to worry what time u should hit the gym.
We had two rooms in different floor which was ok but not that comfortable specially we are having kids and had to separate them, however wasn’t that big deal. The breakfast you have to pay for the omelette and pancakes ? wasn’t expecting that coming.

We booked to celebrate my youngest son's birthday. We were happily assisted by Haifa in the front office/reception. She was amazing and also the bell-Boy Aong (from Myanmar) was so helpful. Our one-bedroom was upgraded to 2-bedroom apartment free of charge and was located in the upper floor which was amazing. The room was big. It was on minimalist side which I love the most. The hotel also sent a complimentary birthday cake which we found very thoughtful and lovely. Breakfast had a limited options but it was decent. Overall, the stayed was joyous.
The swimming pool could use some improvement. It was too small for a five star hotel.

loved the location, very close to everything in Doha its in the center of Qatar. close to so many nightlife locations and also commercial malls.
the breakfast, is mainly bread and toasts, lots of carbs, there is no variety of cuisine.

The best things about it is the amazing location, the staff is too good. The studio apartment was very nicely designed almost like a one bedroom.
Why did I have to pay extra for omlette :-(
There’s a smell in the building probably due to humidity but wasn’t a deal breaker for me. It’s goes away once ac is turned on.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally welcoming, kind, and attentive.
the room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was perfect. They even surprised me with a small cake for my birthday, which made my stay extra special.

The room was clean, big and spacious.
The housekeeping on duty on 5th floor was really kind & helpful.
The indoor pool is great for summer because it has aircon too and also the water is warm.
-Usually when there are special occassions on other hotel there is a complimentary mini cake but for this hotel they doesn’t provide any of these.
-The breakfast selection is so limited. Even eggs are not delicious at all. Pastries are not freshly made.
-There are times when we are coming from outside and entering the room, there is some smoked grill smell which I think circulates on the centralized aircon because at the pool area you can smell this as well.

Very convenient location, walking distance to major mall City Center, next to beach and other facilities such as oil station etc. Smooth check-in and check out. Any request from the front desk happening quickly. Spacious room with open kitchen with tools inside.
