Mainly food and beverage- related issues: no coffee-making facilities in the room, disappointing breakfast in terms of both choice and quality ( e.g., coffee, bread, sausages, cheese, fruit, vegetables and the nondescript liquid misleadingly labelled orange juice.). Finally, the poor food quality at the a la carte dinner at the hotel restaurant. I had to return my order of pork neck, perhaps the first time in my (long) life. It was not deducted from my bill.

The weather
This is not a 4 star hotel. Booking.com should check this and advertise correctly. Everything is old and worn, tired. No electricity sockets free for use, only one next to the door for the vacuum of the housekeeping. One socket each side of the bed, bed lamp is plugged in. No socket near the "desk" at all. Vloerlamp doesn't work. Bad pillows. Shower old and dirty. Breakfast is really bad, from 7 shouldn't mean that still new items, not replacements, new, are being added till 8 o clock. Old fruit, not prepared, just put on a plate, which will stay for the next day because it's old. Worst thing, no fresh bread rolls at all. Just sliced, bad quality cheap bread. Many prepared " things" without notification what it is, but looks like left overs from a former business lunch buffet. Fried eggs thrown together in a bowl which means you won't be able to take one whole. Just before stay here I was in another 4 star hotel in Cluj, the difference is like being in a 5 star there and zero stars for this one.

The location of the hotel is really good, right in the center of Oradea. The breakfast was pretty good too. The parking lot is quite small though. The pool and spa facilities are decent too. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
- the room could be dusted a bit better, and maybe on the rooms that were not used in some time, just open a window from time to time as there was a bit of a closed space smell in ours , but it was no biggie.
- the staff, they could be a bit more friendly. Honestly, every time we walked in the reception or the restaurant , we felt like we were bothering the employees with our presence and by all means, we didn't ask for anything. Small things, that could make quite a difference.

Very convenient hotel with nice rooms
The car parking was a disaster. There was nowhere to park at the hotel, so we had to pay additionally to park at a local shopping mall, 5 minutes walk away. Even the street has no parking (they tow cars away). A great hotel, except for the parking problem.
