I arrived late, around 2 in the morning, but I had received a message with instructions on how to collect the key, room number, etc., and the room was prepared impeccably. All the staff extremely helpfull. The bed is very large and comfortable.

The reception staff was exceptional.
There could have been a lift to get our bags upstairs. Would have loved the option to have the stars on the ceiling stay on when we turned the lights off.

Great location very close to city center. The staff is very kind and polite and changed our room without questions when we noticed some issues with water pressure. Very neat and clean. The massage chair at reception was awesome.
The overhead lights are a very nice touch - but an option to control them based on guest preference should be present.

We stayed only for one night, but it is definitely a place we would recommend. It is very close to the old town, the room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel has an interesting design.

Location is good newrby center and ahopping area. Breakfast is classic.
Room was underground, cannot see outside. Windows were heading to the lobby. Extremely noisy as people were loud until 24:00 in the night.

Nice custom lights on ceiling of the room
Door handle to bathroom kept on falling off
Shower which was akin to pressure machine - most of the holes in shower head were blocked, increasing pressure to unpleasant values. Making showering without making everything in the bathroom wet impossible

Clean room, good breakfast, very nice personnel and a comfortable massage chair in the lobby that was free of charge. Good location, walkable distance to the city center.
The room was not soundproof as mentioned in the facilities list. We could hear the people from the next room snooring and from outside it was a constant noise that we heard all night having the window closed. It was impossible to sleep with the window open.

The staff was perfect
Room has no outside windows, all windows have a lobby view and you can not sleep with AC ON and this was for me uncomfortable. Water pressure was very low and was impossible to make a good shower and during the night i found a bug in our bed.

Location is 5 minutes walk to the centre.
The room had no exterior windows. The only window was to the lobby.
The breakfast was acceptable, but the lady taking care of it was missing most of the time.

The staff is nice and a good location.
The whole place has a terrible smell of frying cigaret smoke, the room is big but there is a lot of dust everywhere and the floor is dirty. We are never coming back.

This is a quirky little hotel in a good locations. The rooms are modern, clean and very comfortable.
All the rooms are facing an enclosed courtyard so you can hear all the noise, but after 10 pm it is pretty quiet.

The old style configuration of the hotel.
The room needs a bit more maintainance: you couldn't hang up the shower head, the hanger for the jackets broken, no hangers in the bathroom, for towels and cloths. The fridge very-very small. The window really small, no view outside. The ceiling really low. The staff really noisy, they kept talking loudly and vacuum-cleaning all the afternoon, in the first day. We couldn't rest at all. The second day, no restaurant service. We were all by ourselves there. The hotel empty. No reception also. Even if they say they have restaurant, they offer only breakfast, in the first day.

This hotel looks a little run down from the outside, when you enter the hotel it is anything but.
This hotel seems to excel at the little things. From the painted mural on the stairs to the soap being presented in a small pot of grass. This place is a gem.
