The property is a bit inside from the main road but very accessible and nice and clean. Maintained well with extremely good reception from all the staff.
The location is a bit explainable to the drivers as many are from outside themselves and not very well versed with the location.

Poor and bad behavior from the reciptionist to check in after his assumption that i’m not married and not satisfied to check in for my wife alone after she showed marriage document till I came 4 hours later of her arrival she was staying in the lobby. When I came and showed my frustration he start to shout and ask me to call 911 when I was on phone with him and ask to make it easy for my wife who arrived before him. Note: raise an official complaint would be issued in few days in sha Allah.

The ambiance , the cleanliness , the reception staff ..all was so good.
The reception staff specially Mr. WASEEM was very cordial and polite. He has good communication skills. The lady receptionist Ms. RAJA was also equally nice.
The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff was also very generous and polite.
I will recommend it to friends.
Overall the room was very comfortable and the place was maintained with good esthetic taste.

Neatness prompts customer service of the hotel staffs most especially WASEEM-ALHARBI was super helpful with everything we needed to make our stay in Qasr Al Sahab a memorable one so as all of the hotel staff from the housekeeping to the restaurant staffs and Ahmed Saad. The hotel itself it's really beautiful the ambience and it's really near in all markets, and malls, also it's near Haram just a few minutes ride from the very place,
As for the staff, Specially Ahmad the front dest receptionist, his very kind and helpful he you will feel comfortable when talking to him and his too friendly, My wife and I been to some place like Wirgan hotel but it's not like the staff and receptionist of this hotel,
Keep it, surely we will definitely visit again,
So if your looking for the place to stay it's definitely the right place for you.☺️
There's nothing to say things I don't like you only get what you pay for, but there are rooms for improvement good job for being excellent
