Great place to stay in Chinatown. Close to everything, with the Chinatown complex right next door. Good value for money if you need 2 beds for a family.

The walls between the room are rather thin, so it's quite a bit of noise from the neighboring rooms. Also the beds were quite hard, but okay for a night or two.

The booking had included games consoles in the room. The kids had been looking forward to this all trip. But upon arrival we were told they havent had these since COVID. Also, the room is very small. It is cant walk past each other and small basin is in the shower type small. That is fine. Just set your expectations.

Overall its clean, love the full blast aircon, 2 of my kids each had their own bed, my husband had his own bed and I had my own bed with my toddler.

They said there was free coke refills but there is no free coke refills as advertised online, aircon had a water leak that got fixed in the middle of the night and the staff said we couldnt get a discount for the disturbance, one of the shower's room handles was flimsy and falling off so dont put things on it.

I was surprised that there were complimentary food and drinks available. The staff was also accommodating and allowed us to leave our luggage prior to check-in and after check-out. The rooms are clean and have very comfortable beds. I love the location too since it's very near Chinatown MRT. Lots of restaurants and souvenir shops nearby.

The room given to us is very small. Even the comfort room is too cramp. Can't take a good shower. I book for 3 adults with 3 kids. I was expecting a little bit bigger room.

It's tough to find a family-friendly room in Singapore and this hotel has rooms with 2 queen beds and a private bathroom which was great. The rooms are indeed super-tiny but we expected that, and they do a good job with shelves and cubby space so we were able to fit all 4 suitcases by carefully arranging everything. No place to sit except for the beds but that was fine for our short 2 night stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. Sometimes the staff manages the front desk for both Cube hotels at the same time so occasionally there was nobody at the front desk but you can always find someone next door. It can be tricky to locate the front door the first time; it's literally just a small opening between shops; but it is findable. Everything in the room worked great and was comfortable. We also really appreciated the location in the center of chinatown with so much to see and do right out the front door, and a metro stop just a 3 minute walk away.

Biggest bummer was the noise from the room next door. Our room had the option to connect to the adjacent room so all that separated the rooms were two thin sliding doors. You could see the light from the other room right through the sides and bottom of the door and hear every single word they said just a couple feet away. We lucked into a corner room so only had 1 neighbor, but they were awake both nights until about 1am with a yelling (I mean screaming) kid, so we didn't really sleep until they did. Probably not much the hotel can do about this if they want to offer adjoining rooms, but I do recommend bringing some sort of white noise option on your phone or device to drown out the neighbors.

In an excellent location in the center of Chinatown. An affordable option for a large family. The hotel is ideal as a place to sleep but not to spend waking time at as theres very little space. The staff were friendly and helpful. Allowed us to have showers in the evening before we boarded our flight.

The room is small with two equalizing beds and a small toilet with a shower. The room has a TV, kettle and refrigerator, towels. Four people can comfortably accommodate in two large beds. A room to spend the night there. We liked. We were ready for this. Poor ventilation in the bathroom. Great humidity. The location of the hotel is very convenient. You can walk. There is a market opposite the hotel. Lots of different cafes. You can try any Asian cuisine from dim sum to tom yum. Delicious food if you are not squeamish.

When we arrived, our room was taken. Someone else booked it. The receptionist tried to solve our problem. Offered us other hotel options. We waited over an hour. And they were very upset because they came with the children to see the city for two days. In the end, they gave us our number.

The location was very convenient

At arrival we were greeted by two steep staircases and no lift (with suitcases, pram and a toddler). No one at the reception, had to call and wait 10 mins for someone to appear. The room is very old and the bathroom does not correspond AT ALL to what is shown in the pictures. The room was full of mould. We really dont recommend staying here, especially if travelling with young children.

Conveniently located (but got to be careful since there are three Cube hostels along the same street). Aircon was cooling. The room we got for this stay had a bigger and better bathroom than the first one we got. Staffs were friendly.

rooms are smaller than expected but it is only for a night or two, so it was okay. there are spaces to stuff away luggages but there wont be enough space to open all luggages at once. So one has to plan properly.

Excellent location - 5 minute walk from MRT. Plenty of restraints around, 7/11 nearby for supplies. Easy check in and good for a stay with older kids. Rooms are compact but perfect for a budget city stay. Luggage holding is very helpful. Very helpful and friendly staff. This was our second time using this place, and I'd use it again.

Rooms are definitely on the small side, but it's all ok if you only have minimal luggage and that you are only using the room to sleep in.

Very convenient location. Loved being so close to the action at Maxwell food centre. Taxis cheap to get round to all the other usual suspects like gardens of the bay and the marina sands. Plenty to see and do around Chinatown as well. Was glad we left the majority of our luggage at the airport (storage was quick and easy there), room was small. Would have preferred windows, but we slept like babies in the lovely cool rooms so perhaps it was to our advantage!

When we arrived, we were greeted by the receptionist outside so we didnt have trouble looking for the place. The place was accessible and is surrounded by many stores. The room was nice and clean, and we were still able to put stuff around despite the small space.

Location was great. The tiny capsule living was fun for 2 nights but would be irritating for a family of 5 for a week. We travel not to spend time in the rooms, rather we love exploring the city. We had a lot of fun. Aircon worked really well and on the whole time.

Lots of stairs, no elevator. There is mould on the walls here and there but thats normal given its a tropical country and dont bother us. Everything was clean and spotless otherwise. Note: They dont clean your room or replace towels unless you ask them directly in the morning.
