I gotta say, the bed was so so so damn comfy. I finally got some rest. Everything was super clean, the lights were cool. The view was nice and proximity to the port was great.
The shades were not working, but we were there for one night only, so it wasn't a big deal. The gym could use some improvement, there is enough space for it. This is just if I had to nitpick, I loved everything about this place.

Glavni razlog izbora bas ovog hotela bio je spa centar. Kada smo dosli, saopsteno namje da spa centar ne radi. Iako je spa centar bio ukljucen j cenu, nisu nam umanjili cenu. Neprijatno smo iznenadjeni sto bez obzira na taj propust, uredno nam je naplacen parking ispred hotela, koji je bio poluprazan. Zalili smo se na recepciji i trazili da nam ne naplate parking jer nismo mogli da koristimo spa centar koji nije radio, ali su rekli da nisu u mogucnosti i da moraju da nam svakako naplate parking. Za hotel ovakvog ranga totalno razocarenje.

The view from the higher floors is fantastic, to be commended. The breakfast is okay, the employees are not all interested to be fully at the service of the guests (excelent mark for the reception-desk and the waiters in the bar), the rest employees are very average. The elevator communication is the biggest problem, one elevator is constantly out of order and the second one has a problem with the floor buttons, very questionable security which spoils the overall impression of the hotel!
With a little effort, the impression could be much better!

The view is the only redeeming thing about this place.
The place itself looks like it hasnβt been cleaned in months. Dusty, damaged, nozzles fall off the shower and sink and there was BROKEN GLASS all over the floor of our room when we went in for the first time that almost cut my partners foot open.
The staff were extremely unhelpful - called down to have shampoo and conditioner sent up because they donβt provide it and they made me go down to the lobby in my robe mid-shower to retrieve it myself.

The hotel looks modern, the location is really nice and the staff is very professional.
The whole deal felt misleading. It clearly advertises as a spa / wellness / thermal pool location. So it says it has a sauna, but it's not very clear from the start it's not included in the price of the room (it's 25 Euro). It has parking space, but hey, no one said it's not changed extra. The hotel also seems to charge 5 Euro for checking in, I mean, what's up with that? Is that your core thing, getting your guests in the hotel?

The only problem I had with the hotel was that our room was so warm. The cooling was off for the season and the only way to make it bearable was to have the door open. But without a screen and being on the first floor I didn't feel comfortable doing this overnight. It was hard to sleep since it was so warm!

Dinner could have been better. I was disappointed they didnβt had free water, but we were supposed to order water with a buffet style dinner.
