We stayed with half board and the food was alright. We are vegetarian and there were limited options but overall ok.
They had traditional dancers one night that were amazing. The proximity to the lake is wonderful and the room had a nice view. The maintenance staff was wonderful and the restaurant staff.
We were in a room that was just remodeled and the bathroom had a problem with the sewer line. The maintenance staff tried to help and he was sympathetic but the front desk staff would not reduce my room rate even though the smell was incredibly strong of sewer.
The swimming pool is fine but the hot tub is underwhelming. Overall that area needs remodeling.
We won’t be staying there again.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The view from the room was stunning, and the food was delicious. The rooms were well-equipped and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. The check-in and check-out process was fast and smooth, and the location is excellent, with the lake only a 5-minute walk away.
However, there were a few things I didn't quite understand. The sauna in the wellness area required an additional fee, which seemed a bit unusual for a hotel of this caliber. The staff, aside from the reception, weren’t very friendly, and it felt like there was a lack of hospitality, perhaps due to language barriers or other reasons.
Also, I was surprised to find that drinks, even water, were charged separately at dinner, which added to the cost of the meal. They even charged me for tap water—about 3 euros for a liter! This was quite inconvenient and certainly something I didn't expect at a 4-star hotel.

The fitness center is old but great for a hotel gym. The trouble is it is not just for hotel guests. The public also seems to use it, including young children. There is a sign saying no one under 15, but there were 10 year olds in there playing around with the machines. There was a staff on duty who didn’t seem to care.

Staff were great and very helpful. Gave me a room based on my preferences, and the check out gift of the homemade jam was a nice touch. Location is great - short walk to the lake, and a number of bars and restaurants within a short walk. Great view from the balcony.

Very clean, convenient location and great breakfast. Beds are big and comfy. The gym is very well equipped to be a hotel gym! The views are incredible.
The waiter at the bar. Rude and arrogant man. Asked to try a sip of a wine sold by the glass before committing as it was Slovenian wine and didn’t know much about, to be responded with “absolutely not, what do you think this is, a wine tasting?” Then after seeing our reaction faces, proceeded to make “an exception” and attempted to let me taste it with a tea spoon, dripping everywhere, then put a coffee mug underneath the tea spoon. Shocked. You should pour a sip of wine in a wine glass and let the customer try if the bottle is open, the whole situation was ridiculous. We would have stayed for multiple drinks if he hadn’t been an absolute clown. Go and drink elsewhere, not worth the money or the time.

Nice breakfast, comfortable air-conditioned rooms, great views from the pool and hot tube, well equipped gym, lots of parking right outside the hotel and very close to all the services in Bled.
The pool was closed earlier than the stated time on some days.

The location is very good, staffs are helpful and accommodating
The Airconditioning unit turns off once 20 degrees is reached, it is not well placed as well. It's being covered by the curtain, so the room is quite hot. Charge for tap water during dinner is 2.90€, this should at least be free. No free disposable toothbrush. Housekeeping mostly cleans aftee lunch.

If you travel by train to public transport to hotel. Walking will be a challenge if you have to pull your bag. Sad that the hotel does not organize transportation.

The room was clean and sofa beds worked for my 2 young kids. We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist. The kids loved the pool. The breakfast buffet was enough to satisfy our needs -- a variety of hot and cold foods. Parking was free.
The fitness area and locker room had an unpleasant smell.

Nice hotel really close to the lake bled, nice location. The hotel itself has everything you need, they even rent you bikes for the day. The staff was really nice in helping us.
The bathrooms are little bit outdated but there is not much of a problem.

It had a nice view. Beds were with old down pillows and blankets. We are allergic so the last night we finally asked for hypoallergenic and they obliged. I wanted a mani-pedi and couldn’t get as they were short staffed or something. The shower was weird. Had to hold the nozzle. The breakfasts were bad. The coffee in the included breakfast bad. The pool and jacuzzi was nice. I had a nice massage there
Didn’t like down bedding that was old and filled with mite dung, dust and allergens. Didn’t like that I couldn’t get a pedicure anywhere. There was not room service or a clear understanding of how to communicate with front desk from room. Language barrier.

The location was very convenient and the breakfast was good. The rooms were kept clean, and the cleaning crew was always friendly and smiling, which we appreciated. These small touches made a positive difference.
Unfortunately, our room had no real view, as a permanent structure completely blocked the balcony. Even more disappointing was the overall attitude of the hotel management, which made us feel more like sources of revenue than valued guests. This took away from what could have been a much better experience.

The hotel is very conveniently situated- in a couple of minutes, you can reach lake Bled. There is a supermarket near by as well.

Close to many restaurants and lake. Easily accessed from train station by bus. They also offer massage which we took advantage of. Wonderful renewing in the middle of a two month trip.
