Close to my niece and the airport. Clean room with lots of good amenities. Friendly staff, Adequate breakfast.
1.) The ventilation system in the rom was in disrepair....when it came on it sounded like a huge truck was idling in the room. Also the panel was not well attached to the wall...Screws were loose and falling out. Staff was informed the minute I got in the room but because it was late, a repair order was put in for the next day. No other rooms were available for us to switch to. After being away from the room the next day we were informed in the evening that the ventilation system could not be repaired, only replaced. We were asked if we wanted to change rooms but it was late and were tired so said no. We managed the ventilation system noise problem by leaving it on when we left and turned it off when were were there except during the night when the room became quite stuffy. 2.) We were never able to get working wifi on our devices in the room. When asking for help several times, instructions given at the front desk were confusing and contradictory. As a result, during our stay we took ipads and laptops to our niece's house to work on, both to get wifi and get away from the loud ventilator noise. 3.) When checking out we were informed that because our booking was through Booking.com we could not have any % taken off our bill for these inconveniences. When I called to book our stay many months ago, I called your desk directly by going on line. If calls are being changed to other than your front desk, unknowingly to customers. and services are not up to par because of that, then you need to manage that.

cleanliness, day stafff
air conditioner was EXTREMELY LOUD. it honestly sounded like a Harley motorcycle every time it started up, when I talked to front desk about it I was told they would look into it, they didnt. the next time I talked to them I was told that she was sorry but she couldnt do anything. She couldnt move me to a new room because they were full and in the same breath she told me all rooms air conditioners were that way. SO WHAT GOOD WOULD MOVING ME DO?!! i think for over $300 a night I shouldnt have to lose sleep because of this

The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud and disruptive. Sounded like a jet taking off every time it kicked in. Bed was way too hard, and Bed was not comfortable at all. Pillows were too soft. There should have been a variety of comfort levels.

Loved my room. It was a little studio and was well equipped with everything I could need. Swimming pool nice.
Couldnt find the ice machine anywhere. Many curbs to step up and over in the parking lot, no walking paths so you had to either step up on curbs with the luggage or walk around to get to the lobby door

Ive stayed here numerous times, this weekend was a disappointment. The first room we were given had 3 roaches crawling in bathroom area. Gross! I immediately called front desk and requested a new room. We were immediately switched to a new room on a different floor but was offered nothing for the inconvenience. The front desk people were far more helpful and friendly the last time I stayed here than the people this weekend. Also their TV remotes are noisy and not efficient - this happens every time I stay here. Click twice just to change channelsannoying.

"The bathroom and bed were great, but the room could use some extra dusting and carpet cleaning, and it would be nice to have a microwave and ice bag available.
