We stayed with two other couples for New Year's Eve. The location was excellent! We went to TD Gardens for a show and we were able to hop on the subway right at Government Center around the corner. Watched the fireworks by the Aquarium and then went back to the hotel bar for drinks. Great staff and great atmosphere! We went to the restaurant/bar for breakfast in the morning! Great meal. A bit slow, but it was the same staff as the night before. They had to be exhausted, but they were kind and friendly!

The shower curtain was outside of the tub and would have made a mess if we used it. Other than that, we had no complaints!

Amazing location in downtown, great value; luggage storage before check-in and after check-out if needed; plenty of hot water in the shower; quiet room and fairly comfortable bed.

The room felt dark even with all the lights on (there was a window, but into the atrium which was dark as well). There was also a gap in the door that let in a lot of light from the hallway at night which can be annoying if you need a dark room to sleep like I do.

Room was very comfortable and spacious. Room temperature control worked well, hot water was hot and I had a great night's sleep. The appointments throughout the property were well thought out. The location is a very short walk from the Old State House....nice! Although there is only off site parking in a public underground facility {well lit and maintained}, the hotel maintains a discount program with them and there is a Dunkin' along the short walk for grabbing a coffee for my early morning start.

Although there is no in-room coffee available, that kept my focus on getting out the door to keep on schedule!

Great location. Nice bar downstairs. Cool room (it had a stereo!). Boutique feel.

We could hear people, but not sure where they were. Voices could have come from anywhere because the floors were open to the lobby and our room window was onto the atrium.

The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was perfect.

During our check-in experience, we encountered a delay that could have been avoided. We arrived before 3 PM, checked in, and waited in the lobby, but unfortunately, the staff forget we were waiting for our room—even though we were seated in the lobby. We weren’t checked in until after 3 PM, despite the fact that our room had been ready and the lobby wasn’t particularly busy at the time. There were also a couple of minor issues during our stay, but nothing significant. We hope this feedback helps improve the guest experience for others.

I liked how centrally located the property was to several restaurants, pubs and faneuil Hall.

I didn't like the fact that The property didn't offer complimentary coffee.

Well the only rooms I like are with a view all hotels should have a window to see it outside. The location was good.

No coffee maker and coffee in room and the other rooms without a window were claustrophobic.

Very nice staff and restaurant attached to the hotel. I had to book at the last minute and an additional night due to the storm, and they were very kind throughout the process.

The room felt outdated, and the bed was not the most comfortable. I stayed in a different room my second night, and it was a much nicer room with brick walls and windows.
