Amazingly located, was about 0.5 miles away from almost every attraction or restaurant. We stayed 5 days and even the metro station is stuck to its same building. Just so conveniently located.

We loooooved the cool vibes of the room and ESPECIALLY the acrobat sculptures outside the window (on our side, at least). Front desk staff was great! The coffee shop on the first floor provided the BEST latte I've ever had! Location was wonderful.

Great stay overall, very nice hotel and great location, you can walk to anywhere and there are great coffees and dining options in the area. The gym area is one of the best I've seen in hotels (the punching bag was a real bonus). Elevators are super quick.
You can really hear the neighbours talking and everyone that talks in the hallways. Had to ask for housekeeping 2 days in a row because no one came on the first day. There was a leak i the gym, right next to the electric cables and someone from security came to see but did nothing.

My experience with the front desk team was one of the worst customer service experiences that I've ever had. From the outset, the lady checking us in was hostile towards us even though we were at all times polite, no greeting or offering of information relating to the hotel, just barked at me to give her my ID. She clearly hates her job and makes sure the guests know it. I frankly don't understand how someone with such terrible customer service skills is on the front desk of a hotel. Her colleague who was there in the evening was not much better, totally apathetic towards guests and taking a personal call. Both of them regularly leave the desk unattended to go out and smoke outside. Will never return and do not recommend

Great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Vibe is casual, fun, modern. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. All the normal amenities you'd expect at a hotel--robe, iron, toiletries, etc. My room was queen bed with a city view and included a desk with plenty of space for working. No closet, but dedicated space with hangers plus roomy drawers in the bedside tables. Bathroom is comfy and well-stocked. No bathtub but a spacious shower.

The location was superbbb! It was close to a lot of the tourist attractions and nice food options. Public transport was easily accessible too. I was nervous as it's my first time in Chicago and I was traveling alone, but I felt so welcome and safe here. The bakery downstairs has nice, affordable options for breakfast too. Overall, such good value for money! This will be my go to option if I'm ever in Chicago again!
My room window was facing brick walls of another building, so I couldn't even gauge the weather outside. It was just dark everytime I opened the window. But this really wasn't a big deal as I was out most of the day and didn't need a view.

The hotel. Is beautifully decorated and super well located. The rooms are spacious and clean and well equipped. It was good they did not do the housekeeping every day but only when we asked for it, that's good for the environment. We had all we asked for l, the staff is nice and willing to provide information and help.
There's no breakfast, just a small café at the ground floor, which is no problem, but the options are few. There's also a Starbucks just across the street and plenty of breakfast options in the neighborhood, so it was no big deal

The location cannot be beat!! and on a high floor it was very quiet for such a central location.
A really nice little touch was the chalk boards on the doors! Made it really easy to identify your own room. r
The staff were a bit hit and miss. Some were lovely, some were a bit dismissive.
I missed out on some information that I didn't learn until checking the website on the last night for check out times. Things like where the gym was and the fact that there were no coffee making facilities in the rooms but coffee could be delivered to your room on request. This information could have been displayed somewhere inside the room.
The bed was a little squeaky, and the lighting was a little weird. The bedside lamps were really bright, the over head lights were dimmer but you had to get out of bed to turn them off. Kind of clunky when you were winding down for the evening.

The staff were really rude at check in. The woman that attended spoke really fast, like she was in a hurry. When her partner asked her under which name was the reservation made she answered “under Luis whatever”, I considered that denigrating since we are tourists and even if we don’t talk English perfectly we understand it. Liked the place but since the staff is rude I don’t recommend it

The location was great. The aesthetic was cool. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bar was nice.
The front desk staff seemed not very happy with their jobs. There was no coffee maker in the room. (Or hand lotion, which is just a personal pet peeve!) The bakery had limited hours, a limited menu, and only one person working there, so it took a long time to order when there was a line. The business center was a computer at the bottom of the stairs in the basement. Overall, it was a fine hotel, but I'm not sure it was a nice as the price suggested. On Booking, the price for this one and the Marriott across the street were the same for the weekend I was there, and from the looks of it, the Marriott would have been a more upscale experience.

The location of the hotel was excellent. We were just around the corner from a Red Line subway station, which we used every day to get around. It is also just a few blocks away from the River Walk. Pizzeria Uno is also on the corner of the same block.
The only thing I didn't like was that our room had a window that looked out at an interior wall, no views! But at the same time, it didn't really matter. We only really sleep in our room on vacation!

Liked the design concept.
Air conditioning was erratic and messed with our sleep. Reserved city view room but got transferred to a room with a view of a cinder block wall.
