- La habitación estaba sofocante. Intenté ajustar el termostato y contacté a los servicios para huéspedes sin cambios. La habitación estaba entre 73-75 grados.
- El hotel estaba lleno y usar los ascensores era una pesadilla. A menudo esperábamos varios minutos por un ascensor y luego se detenía en cada piso.
- El ascensor "tembló" mientras bajábamos al vestíbulo y me sentí muy inseguro.
- Mis hijos tuvieron problemas para dormir porque podían escuchar a los niños corriendo de un lado a otro por el pasillo hasta tarde en la noche. Contactamos al personal del hotel y no se hizo nada al respecto.

First off, it's a beautiful hotel it's huge. I love the cocktail hour at night it offers an appetizer and 2 free alcoholic beverages per person, and the made to order breakfast is awesome. Ok, the downfalls, the staff is rude with the exception of the AGM. The shower curtain was torn, and the room was not thourghly cleaned as my little guy found an ear bud under the bed . It's very loud near my room as it was near the parking garage so I heard cars most of the night . The Suites are handicapped accessible. However, they are the furtherest rooms from the elevator, which made it hard for me who has mobility issues. We had to repeatedly request towels and bedding because we stayed two days and never saw housekeeping. My room phone didn't work til night 2, although I asked repeatedly for it to be fixed. And dont come here for spring break it was a mad house like great wolf lodge without the water park. I don't think I will stay here again it was not the best experience. .

The property is beautiful. But I believe it's understaff or just not maintaining properly dirty.
In the public areas, especially the front entrance.

Pros:
-Spacious Rooms
-Beautiful Mezzanine
-Breakfast was great and lots of places to sit
-Location is walking distance to train and Mag Mile.
-Check-in/check-out was easy
Cons:
-Front Desk Staff weren’t the most friendly.
-Lobby/Mezzanine smelled of fish while we were there
-Bathroom door didn’t shut fully or lock
-Room was sweltering. Tried to adjust thermostat and contacted guest services with no changes. Room was between 73-75 degrees.
-Hotel was packed and using the elevators was a nightmare. We often waited several minutes for an elevator then it would stop at every floor.
-Elevator “shuttered” while riding down to Lobby and felt very unsafe.
-My kids struggled to sleep because they could hear children running back and forth up and down the hallway till late in the night. We contacted Hotel Staff and nothing was done about it.
-Never was able to utilize pool (which was one of the reasons why I chose this hotel).Couldn’t swim first night there because someone had vomited in it. Second night there were so many people that people were lining the sides.
Overall, pretty disappointed

Great location.
The staffing was subpar. We could not get anyone to answer the phone when we called; we did not have enough towels for our family of 4 and when we asked the front desk for 1 more (because the phone was not answered), the said they would bring them but didn’t. Getting the car from the valet was a nightmare. Breakfast was crowded craziness. It was a very chaotic stay.

Excellent location one block to the subway and 3 blocks to Michigan Ave. the hotel was clean and comfortable.
