The location is great, 1 min far from the CTA, many shops around.
The Fitness room is well equipped but small. The ceiling is not high so, so careful if you're tall.
The staff is friendly.
The rooms are comfortable with good view
The room wasn't clean, smelly bed sheets, dirty bathroom, a bit disappointing for the price.
The sound isolation of the room might be poor, and if your room is close to the elevator, you might hear the bar at the top of the building.
No breakfast.

The room was fantastic. Very well styled with lots of amenities. Sliding doors to separate the bedroom from the dressing and bathroom area. Lots of space to move around for 3 and this was just the regular chamber. We had a corner room with two large windows so very light. Staff was amazing with quick delivery of any items we requested. Definitely will stay here on our next visit to Chicago!!!!
The rooftop has fabulous views, however only available outside in the winter if you buy a very expensive bottle and then you can sit in one of the igloos.

Superb city centre location. The rooms were perfect. Very spacious, spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Wonderful breakfast in the diner at the entrance. Very unusual to get such a spacious rooms in a busy city centre. Enjoyed the stay more than I had anticipated.

Nothing to eat for vegans like me. Not one seat in entire hotel to sit and talk with colleague in evening- bar closed at 930 and we had to stand with the soft drinks we bought by lobby door. No business centre.

Rooftop bar completely closed for private function. Not posted on website…which the staff checked and confirmed at the hotel.
Rooftop was a major reason for staying there.
I was very polite with staff. I was clear I didn’t expect them to ‘fix’ it during my 1 night stay but I did request an address to write to where I would seek some sort of mitigation. They were unable to provide an address - stating they had to consult with management. I then requested, and they agreed, to provide details under my door later that evening. No details were provided. I was in a rush next day and didn’t have time to address with staff. Very disappointing - especially as a virgin Atlantic gold member and longtime advocate for the brand.
Wasn’t even asked - nor could I get an answer whether the loyalty schemes cross over so not even sure if I miss out on points or not etc.
So - overall- hotel fine but service to address my concerns was disappointing.

The location of this hotel is the best. I walked everywhere b/c it's so close to pretty much everywhere I wanted to go. I think the longest I walked was 30 minutes each way. I only used Lyft at night b/c I wasn't comfortable walking at night. The room I was in didn't have a very nice view (Room 1410) (I looked directly onto another buildings roof which was very dirty and ugly) however, the very next building to the right was beautiful but I only had a view of it if I stood in the corner by the window. In any event, the staff was super friendly. Thank you Chad, Danny, Travis, Antoine, and Kristina for making my stay comfortable. The rooftop staff could use some hospitality training especially the guy who worked there on Saturday night as he wouldn't let me peak in to take a look to see if I wanted to go change and come back up. I explained to him that I'm staying int he hotel and showed him my key and I said I just wanted to take a quick peak but he kept repeating himself that they don't allow people to go in with bags. I had my over the shoulder computer bag and a small starbucks paper bag. It's as if he was a parrot and didn't have access to his brain. Very frustrating. The next day which was the last night I could hang out at the rooftop it was closed due to a private event but Joanne allowed me to quickly check out the rooftop and take a video and some pictures. I'm a podcaster and content creator so I took the opportunity to create a quick Reel. Thank you, Joanne. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and I would stay there again. I can't comment on the price because I reserved my stay only 30 minutes before arriving so I'm sure it would have been a lot less had I reserved in advance.

I arrived late Saturday night and I didn't like the sense of arrival, apparently the rooftop is very popular, so I arrived to the line at a nightclub. I literally had to wait in line with bar guests at the elevator to go up to my room, I was uncomfortable, but it was only that night. Just be advised this is the hotel vibe.
On a previous visit, I had stayed at another hotel within the same rate range, so I was expecting somewhat the same amenities. There were no slippers, shower caps, qtips, and things like that, and linens were a bit thinner than expected (budget vs luxury). It was comfortable, and super clean, but I expected more for the nightly rate at a discounted price, but for the original price the amenities should have been way better.
When I read, "breakfast included" with no fine print on the reservation, I expect full breakfast to be included, and that I would only pay tips. Well, the included is a $20 dollar credit per person per day - which is great, except all dishes start at $18, coffee is $6 dollars + tip. So I think the wording should go, breakfast credit included or something like that.
I would return if I needed to go to the same location and got the same very discounted rate, I would not pay regular price for the experience.

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days at an affordable price through the booking app. I ate breakfast at a restaurant on the first floor using a $25 cradle every day, and I also made a reservation on the 26th floor rooftop and experienced a good night view. There was a hidden gym on the 25th floor, and the facilities were clean and nice.
The deluxe king room I used was a big room, but I didn't like the shower facility a little bit.

whole place is dark and does not have the hip vibe they want it to have. Mandatory stupid amenities fee. Roof top was off limits Friday night until 9:30 due to some event. Only one coffee serving in room, had to ask for more. No extras like q tips. Big bathroom but small old shower that was also very dark.
