good location, nice lobby to hang out in especially during a very cold weekend. Rooms were very comfortable. I liked having the sink outside of the room with the toilet and shower.
There was a drive by shooting 10 minutes after we walked in. We heard the gun shots from our room and the entrance was shot up. This is not the hotel's fault. But an unsettling experience nonetheless.

Website shows and lists a pool however after we checked in the staff told us there was none. We were traveling with 3 kids that wanted a pool, how disappointing, as this was the reason we booked your hotel.

Great location and very nice rooms. We came in January during the week so also the price was really good for the quality we received. Next time I come to Chicago I would definitely book here again.
The breakfast could be a bit healthier and they should use real plates, cutlery and cups instead if creating so mich waste with all that plastic. But I guess more hotels in the US so it this way. It is sad

The location and the bar. The bar had good food and drinks, reasonably priced.
Reserved my suite over a month ago with a city few. Got there, the room wasn't ready, told to come back after 4, at 5:30 STILL not ready. He said they were trying to get people out of the room, but check-out is at 11am, so why were they still there at 5:30pm? We took a different room because we had a show to go to, needed to shower and change. The front desk person said he would give me a whole $9 off the room and a late check-out (12pm) for the inconvenience. He lied and said check-out was 10am when it's really 11am, so tried to pretend like he was giving us 2 hrs. Layout of the room weird, toilet kept running, could hear ALL of the noise from the street, sofa sleeper all springs (whole body ached in the morning), and panel peeling from desk. Told this to the front desk clerk in the morning, she tells me they had overbooked, gave my room away and would give me a $60 credit. Got the bill and they only knocked approximately $34. She lied also.

Staff was kind upon check in and throughout the stay. The location is perfect for wandering the city. Breakfast was good and kept stocked.
The room felt incredibly tight and small and you could hear everything that was happening out in the hall. Feels like the price of the room was way higher than it should have been.

The layout of the room was awkward and small. The bedding was not the cleanest. The pillows and duvet was so thin that i don't feel anything. The breakfast was rather disappointing, it wasn't topped when i was there.

The location is great, you can walk to most of the places in the downtown. It takes 5-min walk to the closest metro station. The room was clean and seems to be newly renovated. The breakfast was great, there are so many variety. In some previous comments, it was mentioned that "no breakfast left" even during the breakfast times. That was not the case during our stay. The staff was always there to refresh the breakfast during the breakfast time. All the staff was very nice and kind. Thank you so much!
No negative comment for the hotel. The only negative comment is the weather, be prepared for a windy and rainy weather if you are vising Chicago during the spring season.

That the hotel offered breakfast if you wanted it. The room was very comfortable.
The coffee was very weak and the quality of the bread could be improved. Also, it would be nice to offer whole or lowfat yogurt rather than non-fat yogurt. Weekday hours to go to 9:30 rather than 9AM. 9AM end time may be good for guests who are there for business but not great for tourists.
