I work for state and do investigations. The manager had a really bad attitude towards someone who experienced something. She tried to send me to a room right across the infestation. The maids would leave my room door open after cleaning. I addressed the issue with the maid and the person at the front desk. The maid continued to leave my room open. The front desk person said they would talk to the maid. Nothing changed.

Nothing!!!!!! The most disgusting place ever
The place was disgusting, it’s not like it appears in the photos. The beds had used sheets with fluids, stains, hairs. There were bugs. The room ceiling was moldy. Within minutes, I got an allergy because of how disgusting it was.

Stayed at this particular hotel before because its close to WT hospital
At check in charged me a $100 damage fee get up to 2nd floor and smells like weed. Get into the room and find that entire hotel has no water. Bout an hour later finally had water. Ice machine busted elevator didnt work the rest of our stay 2 nights

Everything was nice staff was excellent place was clean.
I didn't appreciate a lady that was staying there approached me aggressively during her rant at the front desk. Emlpoyee told me authorities were already called but had no control over the lady being aggressive threatening me. Wish I could have at least been comp'd or gotten a discount for one of the days during my stay.

The hotel was dirty, outdated and in a questionable part of town. The vinyl flooring was greasy and slick. The curtains were filthy from the AC unit. There was a wet and moldy marijuana joint in the window track and there was a light in the parking light beaming into the room but the curtains didn't close to block out the light or provide privacy.

Pretty easily accessible, easy access to the interstate, the room itself was pretty clean. The staff were all super nice, courteous, and respectful.
All common areas had this odd, foul stink to them…the lobby, hallways, elevator, front entrance. All the tile in the elevator was broken and cracked and moves under your feet. Hallways were near 80 degrees. The carpet is stained and dirty and not secured to the floor at tile/carpet transitions. The AC in the room and upstairs common areas struggled to say the least . Had to set it on 60 to get the room temperature below 75. The unit said the temp was 64, but it was still above 70. They were power washing paint off of the sidewalks and it was all over everything, including my truck which was 20 feet from the sidewalk they were power washing. Moved my truck to the back fence to solve the problem. I’ve never been displeased with a stay at any Comfort Inn, til this one.

It was close to my job
The guy at the front desk, was not pleasant at explaining why he was trying to charge me another charge after telling me he wasn't charging me. I was confused, The smell wasn't pleasant, holes in wall not covered well, elevator barely working. For the price it could be a little better.

The only 2 positive things I can say about this hotel is that it was close to the location of the concert we were attending, and the room was clean.
The hotel had an odd smell, the TV in our room did not work and could not be fixed the night of our stay, the wifi was so weak that a steady connection was not possible. The breakfast had very little choices and the elevator is in scary shape. as it was very jerky and noisy. We ordered room service and after more than an hour I called to find out what was taking so long and was told that the delivery driver did not want to deliver anymore food, so our order was refunded. I have always been happy with previous stays at Comfort Inn, but this time it was aweful!!! I will not be returning to this Comfort in.

The service was great. The suite was comfortable. They gave us a suite on first floor near entrance, which was very convenient. The staff was friendly.
They did not change the bed sheets, they just made the bed. We did stay just for two nights but would have liked if they had changed the sheets.

When we got to the hotel, the hotel smelled horrible, it smelled like fart, and smelled dirty, then we got assigned room 324 (which did not have a top lock) so we requested to be switched to another room because we did not feel safe. So, then we got switched to room 211 and when we went into the room the bed sheets were stained and dirty, the bathroom was dirty too, the toilet was stained.

The area is bad. Our vehicle was robbed in the parking lot and the office would not release the camera footage for our insurance. And there is no room service even for a week. The breakfast is not that good. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut and the toilet kept running. And there were prostitutes in the parking lot & lobby Saturday morning when we checked out. The noise from the freeway was terrible I couldn’t sleep. The air conditioning was cold but made an awful noise. The whole week was horrible. We will never stay there again.

There was mold all next to our bed and on the bottom of the bed. When you walked in to the hotel mold is the only thing you smelt only reason we stayed is because it was 2am when we got there and we had to leave by 8am and needed sleep.
The staff was okay not super friendly but not rude.
It sounded like a BOWLING ALLEY upstairs and in our hallway ALL NIGHT because of people i will not be staying at this hotel again…
