Proximity to venue we were in town for

The hotel is old and not well maintained. The elevators were not working and required us to use the stairs. The bathroom sink was not clean and did not drain well. Mattresses were too soft and the A/C for the room did not run unless you were moving around in the room. Common areas were not kept clean. Overall the look and feel was dirty.

It was a great location, very clean and the staff in the bar was excellent

The noise was awful in our room, we stayed on the 21st floor and we could barely sleep due to all the noise from the engine and AC all being up there

Location to Love field

The hotel is a little older and run down a bit. The A/c would not cool down the room so it was warm and stuffy. They tried to fix it. We were only there for one night and didn’t want to make them change our room so we made it work.

The building has a bad foul odor as soon as you walk in and in the pool area.

The location was nice but not. 4 star hotel anymore; nothing particularly bad about the experience just not what you expect from Crowne Plaza. Everything just seemed a lil warn down!!!

It didnt seem like anyone cared about the experience that was at the hotel, like I mentioned before everything from the service, the the hallways, to the door, to the pool area, to the parking lot, to the pan handlers at the front door!!!

Clean hotel that was very nice. Parking was a bit tight. Room was clean and updated. The HVAC was very lacking as the room was hot and the little AC unit was trying. The supplied shower soaps and shampoos were nearly empty so luckily I had backup. Overall, a good clean hotel near Love Field.

HVAC couldn't perform properly. Room got very stuffy and uncomfortable.

Love that it was very close to my work place and had a few places to eat all around.

The room smelled very strong like cigarettes, like dirty. I do think is the carpet because by the window the floor was wet

The staff was friendly and efficient.

When you walk in the lobby area is kept pretty clean and the AC works wonderfully. However when you get to the for where your room is, it's hot. It's smelly and looks ugly. There's a smell. The pool water was dirty. The on-site restaurant/bar food was decent but where we sat to eat there was gnats.

Really friendly and fast service in the bar/restaurant. Fast wifi.

Hallways were a little dirty. Chair in the room was way too low for the desk even at its highest setting, and I am not a short person. Can't imagine how anyone of below average height could possibly use it.

Staff very helpful especially German. Great location!!!!

People take their dogs at the hotel. I love dogs !!! but they leave the dogs alone and they do not stop barking. We complain at the front desk, and they change our room immediately which we appreciate but the down grade our room was small than the other one, no towels, the view was the air-condition unit.

Good location. That's about it. I guess pool was fine and workout equipment was nice.

Parking lot dirty. Front door broken/loud. Receptionist was nice. Elevators down--2. Room was hot, stuffy, little view unliked what was advertised/booked. Bath was terrible. Never the temp you wanted for water. Door had to be slammed shut, dirty/messy/unkept every where in hotel you looked. Remained hot no matter how the AC was. Hallways stunk. No ice. Had to go all the way downstairs and employee/employees couldn't even be bothered to stock ice, was on phone instead and when asked was told to go ask someone else. I wish I had photos but you just don't think you would need to do something like that. I was very disappointed, and I was so excited upon booking. This was the worst hotel I have ever visited in many years, only the staff at the check in/check out was the reason I didn't say anything then. They weren't responsible for this.

I was in the city

My daughter and I missed our photo opportunity with a famous person at the convention we went to this was why we had the hotel for two days. This was due to the elevators that quit working we were stuck on the 18th floor for two hours and this is why we missed our convention. We were packed and ready at 9 am and we were stuck there until 130pm.There was no one to notify of this issue. The elevators didn’t work the two days we were there also. When I booked the hotel it said there was breakfast and at the front desk they also mentioned this but failed to state that it is $16 a person which was upsetting. The tv in our room did not work it did not have a constant signal , the mini fridge would not stay on and there was no microwave to re heat food. There was only two towels and it was my daughter and I there I thought housekeeping would be coming so I waited for towels which never came. There was also the issue with getting ice , the ice machine didn’t work on the floor either. So you had to wait for we for an evaluator if it came , then go all the way down to the front desk and buy ice. This whole experience was a nightmare and ruined my daughters and I first convention together I am very disappointed and would like this issue taken care of.
