The hotel is located in the city center and walking around the city is one of the best times due to the cold weather and not using a car..
We lived on the top floor, number 8, and we could see the city from the back, overlooking the garden, and we were away from the noise..
Calmness, daily cleaning of the room and bathroom, and clean towels..
Coffee is available in the room and the restaurant on the ground floor to provide meals at any time
There is no private parking for the hotel, as we had to pay $17 for parking per day due to the large number of parking spaces, but it is very expensive..
The staff and workers at the hotel were not cooperative and when asked, he explained that it was not part of his work.

The property is in Downtown Dallas easy walking distance to all Sites. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant was excellent the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious with convenient amenities like coffee maker, refrigerator, safe and microwave.
The cost of parking was unfair ($50 per night), there should be a discount for people staying there more than two days although the valet parking was very convenient. Consider public parking much cheaper and plenty of places within walking distance. The GPS takes you to a left turn on Pacific Avenue it almost seems like you have to go on the railroad tracks to get to the front of the hotel, make sure once you make the left on Pacific Avenue you stay on the right hand side over the small cement bumps.
If breakfast is included with your stay make sure you notify the staff at breakfast for instructions, because you cannot order multiple items off the menu. You can select one meal and one drink, otherwise you'll get charged extra.

Amenities, the pool area was nice to sit with my laptop and soak up winter sunshine. The location was very convenient. I had great views from my room. I had a spacious room. Everything was easy and well done.
I liked a lot, grateful for a grateful stay. If I were to be critical then I think a little more charm and sophistication could be fostered in the lobby/recreational areas but everything is laid back and easy, nothing to complain about. Large lovely hotel.

It was convenient for where I needed to go, it was clean and quiet!
Number one, It was way over priced you are technically paying for location, there is only paid parking 48$ per night if you valet from the hotel or 17$ per night for public parking and they don’t validate your public parking even though you are staying at their hotel, I questioned why isn’t that publicly available on your website about the parking situation so that people arent getting blindsided when they get here they said it’s in their policy on the website I told them no one looks into that it needs to be visible in a place where it’s easy to see so that people can decide if they really want to stay at your hotel and pay you 100$ more just for parking at your hotel even though you are paying 200$ plus per night for your room you can’t really control the air conditioner if you put it all the way down it only went to 68 but it felt like 78 in the room during the night, the water in the shower took 30mins to get warm and it still wasn’t hot enough it was just Luke warm, the staff when Signing in Damonte was a sweetheart and was kind, efficient and made sure my checkin was perfect, he texted and checked on me during the duration of the stay,the valet guys were awesome too they told us how to get to public parking, and the hotel restaurant was too expensive for mediocre food 20$ per person way over priced

Nice restaurants close by and great coffee shops. The staff were great. Valet team, front desk and cleaning teams all so great. They had a coffee machine and bottles of water in the room. Room was massive and had a comfortable bed. Felt safe. They had washing machines and dryers available on level 6 which was so helpful after travelling for 3 weeks!

Beautiful architecture, great location for family with small kids/tourists since the hotel is right in the downtown, just a minute walk to all restaurants /city attractions/pharmacy,very convenient to get Uber/taxi.Love the view from our room and the pool's view.We really appreciate the free breakfast in the restaurant at the lobby,very high quality and delicious, the kids were very impressed.The restaurant has good service too!And the lobby is like a 5 star hotel!!!We appreciate the way the hotel staff texting us to ask about our stay,very thoughtful. I had little problem of water in the sink didn't get cold sometime and the staff took it seriously.
We just wish the pool was heated or at least having small hot tub beside that so the kids could enjoy swimming comfortably during this time of the year.

The rooms were very run down in parts. We had an issue on booking and were upgraded to a room with a wonderful view. The bedroom was large and comfortable but the bathroom leaked so badly and the tiles were very slippery. Most of the cupboard doors were broken and there were no windows in the front room so overall, it made for quite an uncomfortable stay in that regard. Beds were comfy though.

Great hotel and I would stay there again - also apparently their sprinkler and fire alert systems work. Don’t know the details but we had a temporary evacuation. Glad to know safety is up to par - but implementing an alert text system to let guests know that the space has been evacuated and when it is safe to return would be cool (not holding that against the hotel, I don’t even know if that would be possible with their system)

The bar and restaurant do justice to the pictures and their Belgian waffles can't be beat. There is fairly cheap parking literally next door and it is close to many things in downtown, such as the aquarium and the fine arts museum. Walking distance.
Whoever took the photos for the hotel should be commended. Most of the time it did not reflect the photos. The pool was not lit up. The room was very Spartan, with very thin blankets, not enough pillows, lamps and refrigerator unplugged and difficult to get to the plug, and the bathroom sink water was scalding. No pieces of paper whatsoever in the room, nothing to tell you about their restaurant's menus or where the pool was or basically anything. I suppose it was clean, but details that could have been better were missed. It honestly felt like a tired hotel that didn't feel like it needed to try anymore and relied on the name of Hilton and the exceptional location
