The staff at the front desk was absolutely horrible. That evil woman place me on a do not rent list for no real good reason. She informed me she would call the authorities on my behalf then attacked me over an unwanted guest the cops should of dealt with.

There was no breakfast option. Checkout is at 11 and the pool doesn't open until 10 am. It would have been nice to get a morning swim. I wish there were more options for large families.

The front desk attendant when we arrived was pleasant. We inquired about breakfast since we had a morning flight and would miss it, she gave us granola bars for the morning!
The security deposit posted to my card when it should not have. You call and can only send an email. No one responded in a timely manner. I dont like being charged when I should NOT!!!

The hotel shuttle service from the hotel was excellent. The front desk lady was very nice. Even though the hotel is next to highway we did not hear it in the room. Great pillows.
The cleaning supplies were strong smelling so if you have a sensitive nose it may give you a headache.

Very friendly front desk team members (both in the evening and in the morning of check-out) and very personable airport shuttle driver. (Plus the shuttle driver was very prompt) Room was large, very clean, comfortable bed and the room was quiet. (Never heard any neighbors)
There aren't really any available outlets to plug in devices (phone, watch etc...) You have to unplug a lamp or clock to find an available outlet.

The morning clerk & the shuttle driver.
It's an old Hotel. It needs attention inside & out. It felt more like a hitchhikers stop. There's homelessness outside broken, no accommodations. The drink machines were out if order. Night desk clerk was tired & rude. Yu have to go thru the grass under a freeway pass of feces & homelessness to get water or food. Not a safe stop fir woman at all. I would never recommend this place.. I wanted my $$ back as soon as we drove up. Dive dive dive

The closeness to the airport.
Our flight was canceled. We had to find a room quick. I called on the phone and got a reservation and they sent me a text which I was so flustered I didnt read. They charged my card for the room and in the text said tell the front desk not to charge you youve already been charged. I didnt relay the information to the front desk I never got full refund for being charge for the room twice.

I reserved two rooms, one for my husband and me and one for our friends. When I arrived the receptionist told me that I could not pay with a different card. I had reserved The rooms on my business card but I did not intend to have to pay with that card because this was not a business trip. I have traveled a lot throughout my 20 year career and this is the first time Ive ever had somebody tell me that I couldnt pay for a room with a different card. Im not sure if this is actually the rule or if thats just what the receptionist relayed to us but it was a very big inconvenience because I was forced to pay for our friends room as well and I did not have the funds in that account to cover both rooms so we had to do a bunch of transfers and extra documentation because it went on a business card. I could go on and on about how ridiculous this is but it doesnt matter now I can honestly say I will never stay in that hotel again. Ive stayed there multiple times, in fact we were just there last week and then came again this past weekend. very bad customer service from the minute we walked in..

I received an email from the Ramada Wyndham Hotel extending an welcome to your hotel on the dates of November the 6-8. I was traveling with friends for a girls weekend. However, once we made it to the airport in Dallas my friend tried to call the hotel and was informed that it was closed permanently., as well a friend traveling from Huston went by the hotel to make sure all was well and it was vacant. Neither person received an email for the hotels inconvenience and inconsideration on their part. which theses rooms were scheduled months in advance. This is unacceptable and excusable .

Honestly, it was terrible but I wasn't impressed either.
The lady at the front desk was cussing a customer out on the phone because the customer couldn't find where she was supposed to be at the airport for the shuttle to pick them up. The lady at the desk called her vulgar names because her shuttle driver had been there for 30 mins. She then proceeded to hang up on the lady because she couldn't find where she was supposed to be. This all happened while I was trying to check in.
The rooms were damp and smelled Moldy. The carpet was sticky and gross. My room was upstairs and down 2 different halls to get there. It was a long walk with all of our luggage.
The only thing decent there was the food
I don't know why it's giving a 4 star review. I can't figure out how to change it but it would be a 1 star for me.
