The staff were wonderful, it was clean! Our entire experience was nice!!
The only thing I didn’t like was that our blankets were not clean, I had to go down to the desk to ask for clean comforters, but the attendant was wonderful about replacing them.

Clean and staff were great helping set up rides and holding our luggage till we could check in.
Breakfast was a disappointment. The Jimmy Dean bagels with sausage and egg were greasy and tough, not good to eat.

Cleanliness, comfort of beds, and look of the hotel.
I wish the breakfast started a little earlier. They start at 7am, but would love if it was at 630am (only due to events that we were attending). That was the only dislike of the stay.

I LOVED that the hotel was so accommodating, we arrived off of our cruise ship a bit early and extremely tired, they were able to check us in early and give us a late checkout along with transportation to the airport!
The hotel room itself should have been cleaner, the hotel itself like the lobby and the breakfast area were really clean. Our physical room, had dust and dirt in every corner, the shower was SO dirty we had to shower with shoes on. the bed was riddled with stains.

New, clean, and cozy hotel with a warm welcome at the reception.
I specifically picked the hotel for two things; a good bed for the night (just passing through) and an easy breakfast.
The room and beds were great, but, unfortunately, the breakfast was almost all out when coming down from the room at 09:40 - and when asking staff, if they had more food in the kitchen, the answer was "no, since it's almost 10"
