The Red Carpet Inn must have had the largest room Ive ever used when vacationing. Theres ample parking. Nice looking pool. Right next to the freeway so I can get to where I needed to go for my sight seeing adventures. It was close to the airport .

Well, the check in person I dealt with was not too friendly and a bit stand offish. The house keeping staff was not at all friendly and felt as though theyre just there to do their jobs and go home. Ive not experienced that unfriendliness in any hotel.

After discovering that they had roaches, i called the company I booked with to get my money back. The company called the front desk to confirm and they lied stating that I had never even been there. Still waiting for my refund to be sorted out. Save yourself the trouble unless you’re okay with bugs crawling all over you while you sleep and shower :)

The price was right. It was a clean room with the odd bug- needs spraying for bugs. No coffee maker. Bed was good and was perfect for the short stop. Right on route to airport. Fab location to get a cruise or flight easily and quickly.

A few cockroaches. I realized a coffee maker is a must for me.

The shuttle from the airport was very good, the driver was friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth.

The large cockroach that came crawling out from under one of the beds as we arrived in our room was unpleasant, we took precautions and made sure not to leave anything on the floor.

The location was good and the shuttle service to the airport comfortable and convenient. The room was also clean and comfortable

I was unaware a security deposit was required which should have been highlighted at the time of reservation. Also the staff at the front desk was not pleasant in explaining the reason for this and was more demanding is either the deposit or no room. Should have offered hot chocolate not everyone drinks coffee and food places are far away.

The driver of the van that brought me from the airport to the hotel was lovely and very nice.

Bathroom tiolet and sink faucet wasn't clean Disgusting! There were bugs crawling. Too exhausted to complain to the front desk. The shower was ancient, the TV remote was missing the back. Food/water was from a food truck. Worst hotel I've ever stayed.

Customer service was very good. I asked for a room near a door and the first room they gave me smelled of stale cigarette smoke but the gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and changed the room, it smelled much better.

Everything was fine given the star of the motel.

That we had free shuttle service to the port and airport for our cruise trip! The beds were comfortable for the most part, and no signs of bedbugs. Its ok for one night stay for the value!

The rooms were not clean at all! My kids walked on the floor bare foot in our room only for a moment and feet were black as black! Also in the morning my husband found 3 cockroachs in the bathroom in the tub! But reading others reviews I was expecting the dirty rooms and roaches!

it was about 100 bucks for the night, we only stayed one night before a cruise and it did the job, saved us a couple 100 dollars by staying here than other more expensive hotels, was clean and just fine for a night, and a free shuttle to the cruise ship is a real bonus
