Hotel is nice

Staff isnt rude but definitely not friendly either. They also dont accept my bank (Ally Bank) so I couldnt get the room that I originally booked. I have multiple reservations (staying for a month) and in order to keep my bookings I have to find a local bank that I can pay with.

The worst and more unplaesant experience in 32 years of travel. Unsad and dangers. I want my money back. I will reach out to Extended Stay America to report this unsafe and disturbing experience.

Please hire and pay professionals to work at this hotels.Aviid hiring recently high school graduates. Front desk rep was on a life personal video call while prosessing my reservation and assigned me to an accupied room, with someone asleep. I could have been shot in the face for traspassing. I was giving a room with bad odor and filthy shower.

We had an overall very negative reactionso much so, that we forfeited the one-nights payment and went to another hotel. The hotel seemed run-down and the clerk on duty was unhelpful. We would never recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was ok. The place seemed safe.

We saw roaches in the room, the bath tub and bath room areas , I asked for a blanket and told the attended about the roach. She said that the supervisor would get with me after 11. I never saw that person. The microwave has a burnt part in the door glass. I dialed 0 after hours and got no answer.

Location was fine.

No hot water, had to take your rags and towels to front desk if you needed more, you had to go to front desk to get set of sheets for pull out couch, breakfast was grab and go but ended at 9 however; no one stocked bar so we couldn’t eat anything if we wanted to. And no one was at front desk to even ask them to restock before the closing time.

It was easy to get to from the airport.

The room was not the cleanest. There were 3 flies in the room when we checked in. I went to the front desk to ask if there was something (fly swatter) I was told no they have nothing. The pool was dirty and not cleaned once my whole stay. Couldnt swim!!

Its a pretty decent extended stay. Not too many bugs and they at least try to keep the pool clean. The rooms are a nice size and most of the cleaning staff is nice.

The only person with professionalism is the general manager. Every other employee who works the front desk presents an attitude ranging from apathy to open hospitality for even the slightest request, so beware!

Found a roach in the bathroom after checking in about 2 hours. The room had a very bad smell and was not clean. I requested a room change and was granted. The second room had an awful smell as well. I asked the customer service rep for cleaning supplies

I then went back to the updated room and scrubbed the walls and floors and fixtures. Was now able to sleep. But the smell in the hotel did not go away. Very bad experience.
