Property right on the beach. Huge pool. Beautiful beach. Cool tiki bar open until 2am every night with food available until 1am every night. Nice Bartenders and staff. Great drinks! Room service, clean fresh towels. Nice and friendly people.

Room was was that of a 2 star motel you’d find off any highway. My room looked nothing like the pictures I’ve seen online. Disgusting mini fridge, stained with maybe ketchup ? Jelly? Blood? Who knows..Room was ghetto. Construction with jackhammers going at 8am (was not forewarned). City view window totally filled with moisture , couldn’t look outside - windows need replacing. Toilet was crooked (I actually grabbed the base and straightened it out ..weird ). Freezing cold shower never got hot water. Photos are of room - tiki bar -pool

Lack of towels available on beach. Also any beach accessories (volleyball, chairs, umbrella) were extra expense to us already paid an expense for being on beach. Beachfront hotel should make available "free" fun stuff for beach. Also no free coffee...it's coffee not big expense!

The proximity to the beach.

The ongoing fire alarms at various times, at one point I had to jump a wall onto the next property due to the false fire alarm. There were 2 roaches in the room. Valet hit something in my rental car, and the valet and hotel refused to give me information on the valet company, which is mandatory at the hotel. 8am tree trimming right outside my room with no prior notice. At one point, the television service was out due to work being done on the 2nd and 3rd floor.

They gave my room away gave me and my husband room away then charged us for 2 queen beds and then the toilet was broken and leaked and they wouldn’t change our room for a non Broken toilet. Shower was small and the shower curtain road was rusted. They don’t have microwaves in the rooms. Overall for the price they charge they need to updated there rooms and there elevators floors

Our first room (1007) had a loud long term occupant next door,1009 I believe who constantly smoked pot and the entire floor smelled terrible. We had to pass through the pot smoke every time we went to or from the elevator. We complained a couple of times finally I demanded another room which they gave us. At first they just sprayed air fresheners in the hall.

Everything else. I booked with Booking.com for $296 including tax and resort fee. The hotel refused to recognize it and charged me $360.00. They do not care about any of the paperwork confirming $296.00. The door to the room was broken, TV and phone did not work. The door finally was fixed and the TV we fixed ourselves. Mold in the bathroom. i was afraid to take a shower. The stink of marijuana is everywhere. would like to get my money back for the House of Horror experience.

We had a partial ocean view but you could not see out the window because it hadn't been cleaned ,that was a bummer. The vanity in the bathroom was broken. The pool didn't look clean. The photos online did NOT match the reality of the resort and it was a stretch to call this place a resort, it is more a hotel than a resort.

It was to bare! We really didn’t like the property for many reasons. Tiki Bar food was decent. Cocktails were not that great.

Rooms are very old, parts were falling from wall in bathroom, had to keep beating it back on. There was not enough lighting. There was loads of weed and all types of stinky smells in hallways. If you’re looking for 1950 vibes, this may be your place but definitely not comfortable are suitable for a family. beds were too small. There were no pictures On the wall, felt like a prison room.

The location and friendliness of Will at the front desk. The staff at the Tiki restaurant were amazing.

False advertising. No balcony, no ocean view, no telephones in the rooms, no cable, no kitchen as booked, bed was broken and uncomfortable, shower has half a door, no ledges to place your soap things. Just unacceptably horrible for $1000 for 3 nights.

Walls are very thin. Had to move to a different room because of noise and the new room was not any better. Their were dead roaches on the floor, furniture was very old and banged up. Walls are dirty and all scuffed up and banged up. Our door barely locked and looked like someone had broken the door at some point, toilet felt like it was going to fall over, showers were very grunge. Hall ways looked like they never get swept. We wanted to throw our trash away before bed because of the roaches and the cleaning staff just stood there talking and playing on their phones and were annoyed about taking our trash. I frankly don't think they clean or do anything around there. Will never go to this hotel again or recommend it.

We decided to take a 3 generation girls trip for my daughters 24th Bday. Rafael found out that the Grandmother was joining us on vacation and made our stay absolutely wonderful by upgrading us to a 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean front suite! We could not have been more happy with our stay. Everything we needed was right there and we had no need to go anywhere. Thank you Rafael and Ocean Manor Beach Hotel for a wonderful visit full of memories that we will cherish a lifetime. We will certainly be back.
