The stall were extremely nice and very good location

We were thinking breakfast was free based off the booking.com description but it was not an actual quite expensive. Also we payed 30$ for beach chair rentals (no umbrella is was 50$) but the chairs were the worse chairs and better off just sitting in the sand. They were falling apart and so old. Not worth the money.

I had a just renovated room, lovely. The pool and the beach are great. Love the free pool chairs and towels

Suddenly there where people in the jacuzzi that where not from the hotel that was awkward. the tiki bar next to the hotel is great for hanging out.

There isn’t any room service on the property and the restaurant serves mostly bar food. The staff isn’t friendly and the cleaning staff woke me up early due to the noise they made in the hallway while cleaning.

the hotel is right by the beach, with easy rentals for paddleboards and jet skis. everyone on the property was kind and helpful, it felt like a good value! I came here with my spouse and we enjoyed the room, it was clean and a good size. Close enough to Lauderdale by the Sea main street, yet still far enough away to be even quieter. I enjoyed the ambience here.

You cannot beat the location. It is right on the beach and within walking distance to Lauderdale by the Sea. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The food is absolutely horrible and is super expensive. Go next door to get some good food.

There were lot of issues in the room, it was like we were there to get the issues fixed in the room. 1. A/C was making constant nosie of water dripping, get it cleaned 2 times during our stay but it never get resolved. 2. Coffee maker was stinking, get it replaced, 3. warm water was not working, get it fixed. 4. Room roof was all mold and dirty due to moisture.

The service was amazing. We really liked the location and being on the beach was great. We also liked the fact that we could swim in the pool at any time.

I think that the bar area needs better service and more options. We ended up next door for the food, service, drinks, and ambiance. Also, the rooms all seemed damp. We woke up with our sheets still wet from all the moisture in the air. This didn't bother us too much, but the doors to the balcony were loud to open and shut. The next-door neighbor stayed up really late and kept going outside. The door slammed every time. The fitness center needed to be updated.

The location is right on the beach and perfect! There is a Dunkin, McDonald's and grocery store within walking distance.

The jacuzzi was not very hot. And one of the nights it was not working at all.

Dirty floors, toilet was not clean, musty smell in the halls, AC started making a weird noise (was fixed by the maintenance immediately though). Outlets were falling out their nests. Google Chromecast did not work properly on the room’s TV and they could not fix it (don’t think they had anyone tech savvy enough to do it).

The location and facility have FGREat potential. However, the hotel is not well run and there are many things that must be improved if this hotel is worth a stay.

While I found the check-in team excellent in this instance, there were many things that need improvement. Restaurant, wait staff, food quality and management are all inadequate. They can't even get a wakeup call correct!
