- reception staff (They were making you a favor for letting you using their place, arrogance, unpoliteness, rudiness) - very noisy place - very dirty as Works in compound for months otherwise years (See other comments) - water flow in bathtube did not work anymore - last but Not least : the parking is charged/night though it was part of the facilities list (on Booking.com) included

Office area and parking areas are a nightmare. I was very nervous parking in the far parking lot at night. People parking in spots that are not real spots so very difficult to move and get out.

The location is really nice, 15 mins to walk on the beach The reception guys are really nice, all of them, very kind A lot if parking lots available The best one was the Block C room with a balcony (we had here 3 different rooms) The worst was the 1st floor room in the Block B (too wet there and everybody is walking near your door, too loud)

Relationship with shuttle service to cruise port.

Total representation by booking.com for accommodation. The room photo supplied with our booking package showed a room twice as large with a view. There was no mention buildings other than the main building. We were given room 273 in “Building B” which was located down a smelly alcove with a garbage container and our view was the wall on the other side of the hall. The floor was grungy and left our feet and socks sticky. The building and parking lot was decrepit.

Very friendly staff, the property looked recently renovated and everything seemed new and in good shape in the room and throughout the grounds. Location was great, too!

The room smelled like a smoker had recently occupied it. No free parking. The AC not quite as strong for the size of the room. Pool closes relatively early :(

Too many to list. Pool was Not heated, when I asked she said it was. No one was in it because it was too cold. Renovations- should have told us, because we wouldn’t have stayed without a restaurant/bar here. Had to travel every time we wanted to eat.

It was OK I wasn’t direct access to the beach had to take a good walk, but it was OK

Had problems with the shower and some of the stuff not being there in the hotel like some of the candy and stuff and they said stuff was fully stocked every night and I know it wasn’t because we didn’t touch anything. Also, the shower didn’t work properly it was not going down called the manager and she told us that there’s nothing she can do about it, so very upset and I had three rooms that day. Her solution was that she can give us back our money and we can vacate the facilities.

Good value for your money considering how much more expensive the other hotels were. It was very clean and comfortable. The boy at the desk his name was Rogney was very accommodating. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and told us if there was anything that we needed just called the desk. I was impressed with him because I knew that he was going to school during the day and came in all the way from Miami to work this job to pay for his schooling. Nice to see an ambitious young adult who wants to get ahead.

I wish it was closer to the port. However I knew what the distance was. It was no surprise

I liked the snacks and beverages in the room with wine, coffee and coffee maker and even more beverages in the fridge. There was a satellite TV 50 inches with lots of on-demand movies and sports to choose from. The shower was new. The location was nice with lots of restaurants and markets. They had 24 hours room service for food with a menu. The stuff in the room was expensive I only took one item too eat and left the rest alone.

I didn't like the lights that I had too leave on all night because they had no off buttons. The sheets were short and couldn't reach my head and there was no blanket on the beds just three sheets that made me get up and cut off and on the air conditioner all night. The bathroom walls were just brick white and there was no styles in the bathroom but the toilet was new as well as the glass on the bathtub but the tub was old but clean. The balcony had chairs to sit on but I couldn't open to access to go outside.

The room was super clean and neat. The pool look pretty at night, we did not use. No breakfast that I saw. Water and drinks available for a hefty price by the front desk. This place will be the place to stay when the renovations are complete.

The resort is under renovation, with no signs to even point to the office. We wandered around until we finally found it at 10 oclock at night

Shocked when taxi pulled up- he thought it was wrong address as didn’t seem to be open and functioning. Room was in a separate block up outside stairs with no lift. Reception was small and inconsequential. A lot of work being undertaken in key areas.

The room itself was beautiful. Set it light tones, that were comforting. Walls insulated extremely well, with thick wooden sound proofing. We were an early arrival, 2am and the gentleman was still pleasant, smiling and helpful - there was no language barrier or the feeling as if we were disturbing him. There was a mini bar with snacks, alcohol, sodas and water - a little on the pricey end - but if you want it, you want it! Loved watching the Iguanas by the pool! The pool was nice and clean!

For 2 nights the hotel charged us $38 for parking - on the hotel property, we were upset about that.

The room was clean and new. It had a frig, etc. The coffee maker did not work.

The hotel is being renovated. The lobby is a mess with ragged curtains covering the windows. When we arrived, it looked like the place was closed due to renovation. We were shocked and unsure we wanted to stay but had already booked. There was no restaurant or bar or any other thing except a pool. The coffee maker did not work. We are in our 70s and they do not have an elevator. They put us in a room on the second floor, which meant dragging all our luggage up 2 flights of stairs and back down when we left. It looked like it was at the beach, but it wasn't. It was almost an hour travel from the airport and another 45 minutes back to the cruise port. We spent almost $150 in taxi fare. We would not recommend this hotel.

I had requested to check in earlier, and they communicated very well about how I can check in by 11 for a fee of $20 which was perfect!

I wish I knew there was major construction going on in the property, because I was planning to eat there and had to figure out where to have breakfast, lunch and dinner.
