That it was close the beach and had a grocery store.
I had to change room twice. It wasn't what I booked. No towels in the room. The towels had stains on them. No kitchen utensils. Wires coming out the walls. The walls need to be painted. The old paint is coming off. The tv is way to far from the bed. You have to stretch out your arm in air to change the screen/channel on TV or get out of the bed every time to change the screen/channel.

the proximity to the beach is nice
I messaged the hotel to tell them my flight was delayed, and they assured me that would be no problem, as I could check in up until 3am. When I arrived after midnight, I had to wait over an hour to be helped even though there were only 2 people ahead of me in line. I was told the room I booked was no longer available, but they could put us in a better room for the night, and we would have to come back in the morning and switch rooms, or keep the nicer room for $50. I was also told there was no parking pass available, and when we asked about spots we saw open on the street, we were told it was handicap parking (even though it was definitely NOT handicap parking). I went up to the room while my husband went to search for parking, and I found a parking pass in a little mailbox in the room, so we used that and parked in one of the street spots, without a problem. We decided to just keep the room for the additional $50 so the next day i called to tell them and I was told I had to come to the office…so I went back to the office to tell them, and first I was told we would need to pay an early check-in fee for that room, then I explained we were already there from the night before. I spoke to another staff person who said there was no way they could rent that room on a Saturday for that rate, and that I would have to pay an extra $80, so I spoke to his supervisor, and he told me the same thing. So I said what if I just cancel the reservation and we go somewhere else? And he said the reservation is non-refundable (which wasn’t true)…then he gave me the room for the additional $50 like I was originally told. The location is nice, and the room was fine, but we wasted hours dealing with the customer service. I would definitely not go back, or recommend this company.

Staff is very rude and nasty most of the time especially the women. Every time they put you in a different room than you booked, that is usually smaller and not worth what you are paying. There is always at least a 30 min wait just to extend your room. It rained for like 3 days my room was flooding with water. The pool is always dirty. And I had something taken out of my room that contained a significant amount of money. And I have not received any assistance with this issue and it's been 3 days. This place is taking money and throwing you any where in any one of their alternative properties that are usually run down. Most times. This is not the way to handle people. It had a wonderful location only minutes from the beach. The room was a nice size.
The staff we're terrible. They had a ton of hidden fees. The floors in the room were dirty. There was no room service. When you requested room service they only gave you towels and it took them 4 hours to get there. there was no hot water for 3 days. And The air conditioner keep tripping circuit breaker.

The property was clean and fresh. This is NOT a luxury resort, it does its job.
I didn’t like the loud guests with their radios blasting! Those guests invited others to the hotel pool and caused issues. Some of the receiving staff were not very professional in their manner of speaking even on the phone.

The price was right for the studio I stay had everything you need like mini refrig, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, closet to store personal items, draws etc. Free breakfast that's a perk!
Foot steps away from the pool & beach. Walk along the board walk plenty of places to eat, different kinds of food and drinks.

The only redeeming to this stay was the location! Everything about this stay reeked of “Bait & Switch” as what you see pictured is not even close to what you get.
When you check-in after going to the address shown in your booking and getting redirected to the actual office, you’re given a map with the actual location for your stay. The address is different, the building is different and the rooms are basically best described as a seedy motel.
A classic “Bait & Switch” on unsuspecting customers. The accommodations provided are not any of the rooms or property pictured in the listing. What you see is a quaint boutique property with updated rooms, manicured grounds and pleasant decor. What you get is more like a seedy motel with a dirty exterior, no handrails in the staircase, rusted exterior doors with dingy paint, every wall on the interior was dirty with uneven and dingy painted walls, visible/exposed wires for all electronics, dirty - rusted surfaces in the bathroom, a shower curtain that doesn’t fit in the bathroom (water gets all over the floor when showering), mold in the shower with cracks in the tiles (and separation between some tiles…no calking) and a toilet that didn’t work properly (I had to call maintenance twice for simple flushing).
Also, private parking was advertised with no mention of cost. What was actually provided was off the street parking for $18 per-night, per vehicle. I was able to park on the street for free and did not use the parking with my Disabled Veteran registration tags. For anyone else, this cost should be clearly posted.
The building where I was placed, was listed separately with rooms for $36-$78 per-night, while I paid $200 per-night for a Deluxe-Apartment that I didn’t get (comparable price to the Marriott a slight walk north of this location ‘but’ actually on the broad walk). When I asked for a manager with my tablet in hand to point out the discrepancy, I was told that I did get what I paid for and they gave me an email to communicate with management if I had a complaint.

The best I can say is it was clean. Although I found a crochet hook under the sheets. And the room was fairly large.
The place was redone with very shotty workmanship. Paint is peeling, tub didn't drain, blinds were broken. The refrigerator was clean inside, but outside, it looked like it was picked up at a junkyard. The bed was older and very uncomfortable, and the pillows were awful. There was a full kitchen, but you had to ask for supplies, which were brought in a box. No packets of coffee or a napkin. It wasn't worth saving a couple hundred dollars to stay at Seaside.

I didn't like that the office was off site. I didn't like that the bathroom window was not able to be locked. I did not like The front door didn't close completely letting out all the air conditioning. I didn't like the fact when I laid on the bed the bed was broken and had missing legs. The music was constantly loud and went on very late at night, making it hard to sleep. Getting to the free breakfast was nearly impossible, and when I finally did, there was nothing gluten-friendly available. Overall, not restful or comfortable.

The stovetop was disappointing, as only one burner worked properly and the others were wobbly and unstable. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room. Additionally, security repeatedly asked us to lower our music during the day, which felt unnecessary and disrupted our stay.

We got the apartment with pool view. It was literally a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a pull out sofa in the living room. TVs in all rooms. Full kitchen, dining room set. It was amazing for the price.
