The location was great to get to NRG Stadium.
The breakfast was granola bars, oatmeal packs, coffee and coco, there were no bowls to put the oatmeal in for mixture. My room had roaches and a weird smell. The table leg in room was leaning looks like it was previously broken and someone tried to repair it. Thicker linen is needed on the bedding.

The location was our primary goal, which was great. Near restaurants and the medical facilities for our appointment.
Room location, we asked for a ground floor but ended up getting a second floor room.
However, from what we noticed the ground floor was occupied by long term or permanent residents.

The location to the stadium was great!
The desk clerk when we checked in was rude. He asked me for my name and I offered him my confirmation number and he stated "if I asked for your name, that's all I need". The AC in the room wasn't working, so they changed our room. The AC in the second room wouldn't stay on cool for very long. We had to wake up during the night to reset it. The outlet in the restroom wasn't working, neither did the vent. There were several cockroaches in the room.

There was no microwave in the room, and there was no restroom to use until we were checked into our room to use that bathroom. There should be a restroom available for guests to use upon entering a hotel instead of having to wait until they get to their room.

The staff listened very well to my problems and tried to accommodate by upgrading my room and then offering a full refund after both rooms were not cleaned. They were also the ones who mentioned that reservations online were cheaper. They had a great attitude and were very nice.
Went to room 321- theight switch did not work. The bed curtain was partially hanging off, stained all over with something white/cream, lots of crumbs on the kitchen floor, the bathroom vent was extremely loud, the pull out desk chairs were extremely dirty and dusty and looked like they had been stepped in and not cleaned for months. Room 209 (the upgrade) was better but there was still good on the floor especially next to the stove and there was a live roach on its back in the kitchen.

I absolutely loved the room and how spacious it was for such a great cost. My room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk was nice and the workers were very kind. The hotel is in a great location and safe.
Out of the whole building I didn’t like the elevator and that’s it. It was a wee bit dirty and smelled funny.

The hotel in the corridors and the rooms hall was stinky. It looks like past smoking or hard to say what.maybe old furniture, the paint on bathroom doors was peeling, old funitures were sticky, corridors were painted which too chip paint? Didn't look good, effort put in renovation was wasted by few shortcuts in savings on materials what I assume... Face it in bathroom was leaking, microwave was turning on its own, oven markers were seated. The worst was the odour, we wanted to resigned but finally stayed and put air refresher to mask the odour. Probably room service only in 2 weeks and many men not carrying for cleaning of the room and probably smoking are making this stink... Also the offer is not true: the breakfast is not a breakfast, instant oat with water is not a breakfast, shouldn't be as breakfast included. Sweeping pool was not open but displayed in the offer. We felt cheated...

I drove late after work from New Orleans to attend my nephews high school graduation and arrived to nasty rooms which were roach infested, they were all over the sofal bed, was scared to warm my food in microwave l. My room was given away and i was given a sofa bed instead of the 2 queens i booked. Poor customer service.

Nothing. Due to there being no internet we couldn't check in. I didn't stay here. Had to get a different hotel to stay at. Front desk said that customer service is who will cancel my booking without getting charges. So Called customer service and they said they had to get permission from the property.. of which never responded to me any time I reached out. If I'm charged, I will be raising hell.
Everything, staff had bad attitude, ignored us for the 4hours we sat there waiting for a tech, was told at 6pm they wouldn't be out until 11pm that night. Not one " we're sorry for the inconvenience " was said.

The staff was great! Both agents I encountered were friendly and genuine! One let me borrow their tape dispenser to wrap a graduation present and the other gave me cutlery when the restaurant to-go meal did not! The room was spacious and clean, and the coffee Sunday morning was really good!
My only point of concern was that breakfast was not available. We knew it would be a limited selection because the agent at check-in explained as much. But the following morning there was no food available at all. I totally understand the recent storms and the location being a designated FEMA shelter had overwhelmed their supplies. I do not blame the staff, miscommunication happens. It was inconvenient to have to come up with a plan B for our breakfast when we were already on a really tight budget. Had we known the day before, we could have spent less on dinner.

My reservation was canceled hours before I was able to check in. I spoke to an employee who told me the rooms weren’t clean because staff couldn’t make it in after the hurricane. Therefore my reservation was canceled. However, you charged my account and it was not my fault for the cancellation.

The size of the room, the kitchenette, and the location of the hotel was really good.
Our stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The entire place reeked of cigarette smoke, which made it difficult to relax or sleep. To make matters worse, the power in our bathroom was out. We reported the issue multiple times, and each time, we were assured that someone would come to fix it. Unfortunately, no one ever did. We were left in the dark, literally and figuratively, with no resolution to either problem. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had.

We were attending an event at NRG Stadium and the location was very convenient. Just a quick walk over and we didn't have to deal with traffic or parking.
There was a smell of shrimp or something kind of smelly in the hallway in the afternoon. Also, with the recent hurricane, there was evidence of flooding in the lobby. Some of the flooring was missing and there was peeling paint on the walls. The air conditioning in our room worked too well. It was so cold in the room and only a thin blanket on the bed. Even when we kept turning the thermostat up, it never changed the temperature in the room. We eventually turned it completely off but it kept running. Later in the evening the people across the hall had their door barely cracked, but the smell of weed was so strong that we could smell it in our room, with the door kept closed.

Only one issue was I coukdnt use the laundry because I didnt get quarter coin from the reception. It could have been a better experience if quarter coin was always available as people like us travel on medical grounds, don't carry everything .
