The ladies serving the breakfast were the only nice employees there.
The lady at receptionist was RUDE. Our room was not ready by 3 and she said that it didn’t need to be ready by 3. Which i don’t know since when because every time we stay in a hotel its ready by 3. What was more unfortunate was that we knew multiple families staying there and they overheard her talking on the phone about us- saying that we were “needy and just needed to chill out.” It isn’t that we were being needy it was the fact that we had just finished driving for hours with small children, and then to be told that our room was not ready. It was frustrating and she did not try to accommodate in any form. Don’t work in customer service if you don’t know how to be professional.

The location is good just 6 minutes from the Hobby airport. Is good to stay 1 night if you have to catch a flight in the morning.
There was no hot water in the shower. The breakfast was not great. Staff was in the phone when I arrived to check in and could not tell me where my room was located. The pet fee of $75 seems way too high compared to other hotels' pet fee.

Nothing I didn't even get to park or go in my room. I had a family emergency and I just gave them the keys, parking pass everything. I went to my car and went right back in. I called Booking and they helped me out but this place can care less. Be careful before ever booking just incase of an emergency. From my experience they don't help at all.
When I told them about my situation they can care less and I called and I spoke to this man he wanted to hurry and hang up on me because he had Soo many people waiting on him. Which is hard to believe cause when I got there there was no one in the front desk till 5 minutes later. I will not ever want to even go and try to stay there ever again because of the way they treated me. I'll go somewhere else that have common courtesy and good customer service.

If you're staying by the airport STAY HERE. Staff was great, very very clean, huge room. Great workout room. The hot breakfast was down due to something they were working on but they still provided a "walking breakfast" oatmeal, muffins, coffee, cereal etc. Way better than other hotels by the airport in the area, close to things you need.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and pillows are great. Many hotels skimp on towels, but here we had plenty and they were nice towels that you can actually dry off with. The hotel is older, but clean and inviting with updated amenities.

The gentleman working the front desk upon checkout was awesome. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The coffee was great. We left before breakfast started.
The girl that checked us in was not very personable. She seemed put out. We had an issue with a wet floor around our ac in our room, but we had already unpacked before we noticed it. I called down to the front desk to let her know. I told her that we didn’t want to move, but I felt like they needed to know. She did not offer anything at all.
