I like the fact that the hotel is right next to the airport as my flight was 5am, The hotel shuttle was there in seconds when I asked for the shuttle to the hotel. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay and will definitely book again.

Great location, with easy shuttle ride provided by the hotel to and from the airport. We arrived after midnight, and they allowed us a late checkout (noon). And they held our luggage for 6 hours while we waited for our next flight out of Houston. Staff was great, helpful and accommodating, which made our 24-hour delay more enjoyable. The lobby and outdoor area were far nicer place to wait than at the airport. They even provided suggestions on what to do while we waited.

Upon my arrival, the hotel shuttle came to pick me up, and the lady driver was very nice, and once I got to the hotel, the host Eric was very nice and respectful. He did all he could do to help during my stay.
At the Hilton bedbugs garden inn, it was very bad, and they didn't clean well. I was in room 330 for 8 days before I realized I was being bitten by bedbugs. I thought it was a mosquito in the room, bitting me. The bitting started on day 1 of my stay once I laid down. The cleaning staff did not do a good job because they were supposed to change all the linens, but they did not. So as time went on, I said, "Let me sleep in the other bed that was in my room. Well, the bitting continued because when I awaken on Saturday, 23rd, I noticed a bunch of bite marks over my body, and I said mosquitos are not doing this. I undid the covers, looked around, and between the sheets, and there was a little red bug crawling on the comforters and sheets. I immediately went to the front desk and told them and showed them how I was bitten by these bedbugs. The guy Eric was very apologetic, and he put me in another room 420. I had to wash and dry all my things and put them in a trash bag, and tie it up really tight to make sure that I was not taking those bedbugs home. I had to go throw away two pairs of nike tennis shoes valued at $250 because I was not sure if they were embedded in them. So I got cleaned up in the old room and moved everything to the new room.I sprayed everything down with lysol, and I did not sleep in that bed because of what happened to me in room 330. The bedbugs made me very paranoid. I took the towels from the bathroom and put them over the large chair in the new room, and that is where I sat and slept sitting up. The room also had snacks in it, which I thought was very nice, but some of the snacks in the refrigerator were no good, and I had to throw them in the trash. I was so glad when Sunday the 24th got here. I couldn't wait to get the hell out of this hotel.

The evening staff the night we checked in were great. The morning staff was a different story. Not friendly and down right rude. Their continental breakfast is 20pp and for one trip. The staff rushes you as well.

Im an elderly woman who, while traveling alone, was stranded in Houston due to flight delays at Dallas causing me to miss my connection. I was able to book a room at a reasonable rate at the last minute. The free transportation pickup at the airport and the return at 4:00 the next morning were (both times) a life saver. All employees were friendly and I felt safe. Thank you for such an excellent facility that met all my needs.

The room was very spacious and the bathroom was a dream with all the separate shower heads.
For dinner on arrival night, I ordered a salad with chicken and the chicken tenders were cooked extremely hard; informed the waitress and she brought out another plate of newly friend chicken tenders for my salad and they were cooked just as hard; not very happy with paying almost $18 for a salad that only the good portion was the greens and vegetables; that was the only disappointing thing about the whole Hilton Garden Inn experience.

Room was very good. Cooked breakfast was good. location in lobby was ok, but somewhat strange to be mixed with people coming and going. Shuttle service was excellent.
Room: Awakened first morning at 6am for alarm I didn't set. Thought I had it turned off but it sounded again at 7:30. Tried to delete the alarm settings with no luck. Tried to unplug the alarm but could not do so. Light in bathroom didn't work. Reported to the front desk and all was repaired. No problems second night/morning. Kitchen: First day I had to ask the 'waiter' how it all worked because no body seemed interested in explaining it. Second day, waiter was clueless, no utensils and retrieved a fork and knife wrapped in paper napkin, no spoon for oatmeal. Hot meal cook not in sight. Front desk provided the meal vouchers I prepaid for but forgot to give me on checkin.

The washing machine in the laundry facility needs repairing. It has a moldy smell (this happens a lot in front-loading machines; the rubber around the opening should be replaced). The machine did not clean my clothes well (the tub barely had any water, even for a front loader; my laundery pack didn't even dissolve). I had to wash my clothes twice.

We didn’t have breakfast because we left at 5 AM before breakfast was being served. We didn’t have time to eat anyhow we like the location because it was five minutes away from the airport. I was disappointed that I had to pay for parking.

I booked the rate with the breakfast included but when we checked in, the front desk didn't advise that I would need to get vouchers in order to get the breakfast. When we came down in the morning, we found out that we needed to get the vouchers from the checkin line. Unfortunately, the line was too long as we had to check-out so would not have had time for breakfast itself. Disappointed that front-desk didn't advise this of us when we checked in. Walls are very thin as we heard most of the conversations/TV next door.
