Unfortunately, our experience at Hilton Garden Inn was disappointing and far below expectations. We are a Brazilian family traveling during a very sensitive moment: my mother is undergoing radiotherapy treatment after cancer surgery, and I am pregnant and emotionally fragile. Instead of being welcomed with basic empathy, we were treated in a rude and unkind manner. The front desk attendant who initially assisted us was especially impolite and unfriendly, making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Overall, the staff seemed reduced, disengaged, and lacking empathy. Throughout our stay, the team’s attitude was consistently cold and unpleasant. Additionally: • The parking fee is extremely expensive and not justified by the level of comfort or service provided. • Breakfast options were very limited, with poor variety and low quality. • For a hotel that carries the Hilton brand, the hospitality standard was disappointing. We chose this hotel expecting professionalism, care, and warmth, but unfortunately, we did not feel respected or supported during our stay.

We liked the convenient location of the hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. It was quiet inside the room , we did not hear any noise, which made our stay comfortable. For this price, the rooms are very good, with an excellent value for money.

We did not like that the front desk did not answer phone calls. We had a late check-in because our flight was delayed, and we arrived at the hotel at 2:56 AM. At the front desk, we were told that if we had arrived at 3:01 AM, our reservation for that day would have been canceled, and we would only be able to check in after 3 PM. They also mentioned that we could have completed a remote check-in if we had called in advance, but we tried calling from 6 PM to 11 PM and no one answered. It was unpleasant to find this out upon arrival. We were lucky to arrive on time; otherwise, we might have had to spend the night in the lobby. We also did not like the breakfast. It costs $17 per person, but the food did not match the price: overcooked, dry bacon and very cheap sausages. The omelet was okay, but overall the breakfast was disappointing and not recommended.

Elevator was broken on Saturday morning we had to use stair case to get down from 4th floor. Elevator is also extremely slow when it worked later in the day after it was fixed. Parking is expensive.

The location of thr hotel was very good. Nearby alot of places to have good food and walking distance The Galleria Mall.

I requested to check out 1 hour after the check out time and was told that have to pay $50/ room even when I had the king suite and I am a Hilton Honor member also. I was really disappointed with the staff at the front desk where as when I was booking the rooms I was told that I could check out a bit late. Really disappointed with this check out issue.

Very clean, this property represents itself just like the photos on booking.com shows. Pool water and hot tub was crystal clear and clean . Gym area clean gym bathroom clean . Rooms clean and no smells. Staff were excellent. This place represents the Hilton brand. We stayed here because Hilton Embassy suites down the street was a huge misrepresentation of its property. Thanks Hilton Garden Inn for a great stay in Houston.

I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Everything was clean, with no unpleasant odors, and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. The staff was friendly, professional, and very accommodating, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. We were traveling with a dog, and I really appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly — everything was handled with no issues at all. The location is excellent — convenient and close to everything we needed, with restaurants nearby - even within walking distance. Parking is available and well monitored.

Only two things come to mind: 1. The pillows are not that great. 2. The parking app/qr code is a little difficult to navigate. But the staff at the front desk was quick to help!
