No coffee in room. Checkin staff was incredible. Checkout staff was terrible. Asked for a late checkout - was supposed to be at 12:00 pm, front desk could give me max 12:15 pm - stating "we're full". I don't think this place has been full since it was built in 1971. Checked online and there were still 10+ rooms available.

The location was great for the price. Easy to Uber/Lyft to venue and airport. Breakfast was ok, not great.

Breakfast could be better - more yogurt choices, some meat.

Due to the lack of cleanliness nothing to like.

In my room there was a disgusting used condom on the floor. The only reason I accepted another room was because it was extremely late at night. I would have thought that the hotel would have tried to rectify this issue with some sort of resolution other than a simple room swap. I would never recommend this hotel.

It’s right outside of downtown. I got there from my concert venue in just a few minutes.

Staff were kind but seemed busy completing other tasks, it felt like I was a bother to them. My card didn’t work in my door, had to get reset. No free water or coffee. Entire building smells like mildew and mold. Neighborhood behind hotel is notorious for car theft and break ins.

Just far enough but close enough to down town that it was a 10 minute Uber drive to the ballpark.

Our bed a lingering smell of mildew. How shower head would not stay on the holder and the television cord was not connected . The staff came quickly to fix, however then the remote had to be inches from the TV to work. We were not there that long therefore I didn’t bring these things up to staff.

The breakfast variety was good, but the taste of eggs left something to be desired. However, the fact that we even got a free breakfast was great!

There's nothing I can think of that we didn't like, actually.

Perfect location to event we were attending.

Noticed several baby roaches. Never saw any grown ones, but definitely like 5 babies all in the bathroom. Plus side no bed bugs.

I liked that free breakfast was available. McDonald's, Whataburger, Subway, and a gas station convenience store are in walking distance, as is the red line Metro station at Moody Park. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

The eggs were edible, but not the best.

Clean room.

Lobby was hot. Check in took time. First employee handed it over to the next guy to check us in while there was plenty of time for her to do it. Had to sit down in lobby for him to check us in while she left her shift.

Overall the hotel was clean and staff was plesant. It was in a great location. Close to everything and easy to get to. I only had issues wirh breakfast but even the lady that was there was pleasant.

Even though it was a hot breakfast the only thing enjoyable eas the waffle. The breakfast was bland and they only made a very limited amount and we were in there with only two other guest shortly after they opened. Because it was very limiter the sausage ran out. The first morning I had to find someone to ask if they were going to make more. The second morning the breakfast was hard and almost appeared to have some breakfast maybe left over from the day before. It was again also a limited amount. This time I just checked out and went to have breakfast at a restaurant.
