-Staffs are friendly. -The room is spacious. -Coffee is available for free. -Laundry facilities can be used at no charge.
-On the first day of my stay, the day of check-in, the toilet was dirty. When I pointed it out, they addressed the cleaning issue the next day. They informed me that the dirtiness was due to the effect of dirty water in the tank and promised daily cleaning. However, during my 7-day stay, cleaning was done only once. When I requested cleaning, I was told they dont offer cleaning services on weekends... -The Wi-Fi in the room is weak. It works in the living room, but it's very weak in the bedroom.

Good location and staff was fantastic
Well, when I first arrived I was informed that the owners require a $5/day per vehicle parking fee, so they obviously dont value their customers as people just a paycheck. The room was spacious enough, beds comfortable enough, and the water pressure was good. However, the ventilation in the bathroom was out so every piece of metal was rusted, the lights switches operated the overhead and lamps in unison so dimming the lights was not possible, the office chair that served as the only dining chair was malfunctioning, the AC was supposed to be controlled by the wall unit wasnt connected so you had to adjust it on the unit itself, the bedroom door wouldnt close due to being out of square, our door keys kept demagnetizing even though we protected them, we found 3 dead roaches and one live one, the recliner reeked of Raid (insecticide), the security latch on the door couldnt work because that door was out of square too. In the common areas: the laundry had 6 dryers and only 2 worked, there was brown tape over every sign to hide the fact it was a cottonwood inn prior to whomever bought it, the stairwells were hot, and they ran out of coffee Monday morning. All in all, avoid this place. The only real positive note is that the staff were all amazing and accommodating, friendly and helpful. They deserve a better place to work.

The attitude of the male front desk staff person. How difficult it felt getting extra towels.
The fact that you can't get your room cleaned daily but yet there aren't any vacuum cleaners or brooms in a common area for use to do it yourself.
Staff treats you as if you're going to live there but since this is on Booking.com, people like me just stay for vacation and may need their rooms cleaned, trash taken out, extra towels etc. There should be an option for this for an extra fee for travelers.
Things are run down, rusted, chipped, broken. Hotel needs to be renovated. The two female front desk agents were nice and friendly.

It was fairly quiet and the set up of the rooms.
Ac units didn't work to well, issues with water draining in shower and toilet getting clogged or over flowing. Didn't like that we actually had to take any towels or bed linens to the front desk if we needed them changes out especially if your on the top floors.

Bed was comfortable and the A/C worked well.
Roaches were everywhere. You could not put food in the cabinets or on the kitchen counter for more than a minute without a swarm of roaches coming out from everywhere. I left and moved to another hotel down the street that also had a kitchen. The management really needs to fumigate the facilities. I will not stay at this location again.

Charged 5$ for reserved parking. Parking was neither reserved or protected, simply the open parking lot. Then they charged 25$ to cover incidentals, which would be refunded (eventually) if we did not order snacks. Still waiting for that refund to go through. There was no breakfast offered, which is ridiculous these days, The staff was rude and condescending, especially the bald guy in the morning.

Tiera the host that checked us in. She was amazing very helpful. Definitely a people person shared with us where to go and quality food. Also things to do while there. She was extremely nice. It’s out dated. It didn’t have USB charging.
The gym was old equipment. The hall was smelled musty. We stayed on the 3rd floor.. it seemed ppl were living there. Unsavory kind.. so was not worth the money. We checked out early and went to another property that was cheaper and had free breakfast, smelled clean, had a pool. The second property was a different company.
The staff on the other hand was very nice . I wish the hotel was just as nice.

The bed was comfy. The room was quite spacious. The windows provided a great view. The kitchenette was great, as was the refrigerator and toaster. The handicapped shower was excellent, complete with shower bench. The only complaint was an unlighted parking lot, making it very difficult to see at all. Also, snack & beverage machines would have been great, along with free coffee in lobby, as well as canisters of ice water. Just a thought or two. We will be back. Just please turn the lights on in the parking lot, please! We saw them!
