Free shuttle to/from NRG Stadium. Friendly staff, big rooms with separate seating area and good breakfast.

The bar was closed for no reason. After a long drive-by had to look forward to a cocktail, only to find that the bar was closed on a Saturday night at 7 PM.

Location was perfect for our stay. The shuttle was quick and got us to several destinations on our list. The staff was friendly and helped us with places to see and eat.

The breakfast was just ok. Eggs were watered down, waffles had chunks of sugar. We ended up eating out after our first day. Hours were good though.

The staff was friendly

Elevators are slow, breakfast is not good (cold powdery egg, all low fat products, terrible selection), walls in the room are too thin (we could hear our neighbors every move), don’t like the parking (lot too small and the gate in and out is cumbersome)

Proximity to the stadium.

Dirty bathroom with small bugs in the shower. Two flies on the bed. Lukewarm coffee maker. Only 2 cups of coffee for 2 days. No milk in the downstairs market and none offered from the kitchen. Only one lift working.

Conveniently located near the exhibition

Room was smelly (like someone had smoked there for years, even as non smoking room), dirty carpeting, poorly maintained. Absolutely not worth the 1700$ the company paid for my 6-day stay there.

Very clean and comfortable. During our first night our room's air conditioner was making a loud, metallic noise so we mentioned it to the front desk at breakfast. When we returned to the hotel the same afternoon, they had installed a brand new unit! We were amazed and grateful. We were in Houston for medical reasons, so things like this really matter. The breakfast buffet is also excellent and the hotel even provides guests with The Wall Street Journal. What a great way to start the day!

We have no complaints!
