Unfortunately, we cannot highlight any positive aspects of our stay. The overall experience was negatively affected by serious staff mistakes and poor organization.
When we arrived at the reception, we were given a different room. The front desk employee spent a long time speaking with us and then stated that my wife was not allowed to pay for the stay, saying that only the person who booked the room could pay with their card.
After that, when we entered the room, we realized it was occupied by other people. There were strangers inside, and one man was completely naked. This situation was extremely shocking and unacceptable. We could not access our assigned room at all.
My husband had to return to the reception. The employee said, “Oh, I’m sorry, I made a mistake, but this happens,” without offering a sincere apology or any solution or compensation.
In the morning, breakfast was also very poorly organized. By 8:10 AM, there was no waffle batter left, so it was impossible to make waffles. Coffee was refilled only about every 20 minutes, which caused long lines. Many guests were unable to get food properly and left breakfast hungry.

Location close to destination.
The door was broken, the shower did not catch water from going onto floor, aged furniture wit damage, poor workmanship on contract work, the top of the fridge had not been cleaned in some time, the hood in the kitchen had not been installed professionally, there were holes in the wall that had not been patched properly that had plates and screws, the remotes for the TVs barely worked and 1 didn’t work, it was pretty pathetic to be honest.

There’s nothing you can do like about this property. It is ran down and it seems like a prostitution business going on. People clearly smoke marijuana and cigarettes in the room. The room is left dirty. Move the tv stand and you’ll see how disgusting it is. I mean it’s an absolutely unsanitary stay.

The breakfast was regular hotel breakfast. I only Ate it twice. It wasn’t something I’d go out of my way for.
Literally everything. The room was atrociously dirty and the door didn’t latch properly
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room had a strong mildew smell that never went away and made the space feel damp and uninviting. The television did not work at all, which was frustrating after a long day of travel.
Even more concerning, there were spider webs on the walls, suggesting the room had not been thoroughly cleaned or inspected before being given to a guest. The biggest issue, however, was the bedding. The sheets were stained, which is absolutely unacceptable in any hotel setting and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and standards.
This stay did not come close to meeting basic expectations for comfort or hygiene. Until there is a clear improvement in maintenance and cleanliness, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for accommodations.

At checkout the lady was pleasant and said thank you.
I was greeted by a receptionist who was working on the computer. I only said “hello,” and her response was, “You’re going to have to wait a minute,” without further acknowledgment or courtesy. She was an older lady, had salt and pepper hair.
The restroom was clogged. When I went to the front desk around 9:30 p.m. to report the issue, there was no staff present. As a result, I had to leave the premises and go to Olive Garden simply to use the restroom.
Additionally, I observed what appeared to be a used tissue balled up near the cups, which made them unusable. Because of this, I was unable to get a drink.
Overall, this was an extremely unpleasant and unprofessional experience. The lack of customer service, cleanliness issues, and the absence of staff were unacceptable.

I liked that it was easy to navigate and find my room and a way to the front desk if needed, the staff was very friendly and phenomenal with helping answer questions and ensuring we had a good stay!
I wish the shower chair would have been made for a bigger person.

The room had lots of unpatched holes, a few roaches, didn’t have any shampoo in the bottles they have attached to the wall in the shower, super uncomfortable beds, no phone, the clock and tv didn’t work well, there were USED towels behind the door absolutely filthy, no plastic bags for dirty clothes and only one trash bin in the entire room in the bathroom.

The worst place ever!
Extremely disappointing experience
I had a terrible experience at this hotel.
When I first arrived and opened the room door, there were already people inside. This was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. I then had to go back downstairs, carrying all my luggage, to request another room.
Unfortunately, the second room was even worse. The bathroom had hair in the bathtub, the bed sheets clearly had not been changed—they were dirty and smelled bad. The floor was very dirty and had not been vacuumed, and there were soap residues from a previous guest left on the sink.
The level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable.
Additionally, the breakfast service was very poor. By 9:00 AM, there was almost nothing left available.
Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel.
