Bed was comfortable.

Chaotic check in, one person on check in and he was very slow, queuing for ages. Didn't get the standard of room specified on my booking. The last photo is the standard of room I booked a King handicapped with sofa bed. What I got was standard King double which is a cheaper room category and had no disabled friendly facilities. We had travelled 17 hours in total and didn't have the energy to attempt a complaint at the time.

Hotel is beautiful but there is NO HOT WATER!!! It’s insane and the staffs keeping saying that it will return in 30 min. I left the hotel and not yet have received the reimbursement.
