They staff was nice and friendly even the other guest were nice. The location was perfect for what I was there for.

There was no breakfast, even though our stay was ok and they seemed to be updated stuff. The only complaint that I have is the bathroom smells of mold and the beds were old and dirty. Sheets, towels and no wash cloths were dingy even though they were washed.

The staff were friendly, rooms were clean, you can see they are making an effort to renovate the property. This is a no frills hotel which we needed due to a flight change and they priced it accordingly. The reason I said I wouldn’t go back is because I don’t plan to visit the area again. It was a bonus there was a mini fridge and microwave

Terrible lighting, needs a mirror in the main room and better curtains.

Staff were very nice. The bed was decent. ADA bathroom.

Waiting to have my room inspected while checking out was unusual. Most of their guests are concerned about getting back a required $20 deposit. Bed. Bathroom ADA, Bedroom was not. a wheelchair user would have access, the beds block the ADA bathroom. Insects were seen.

I liked that if you needed anything like a snack or drink it was readily available in the office

There was a lot of fees warnings at the office and they kept my deposit when I left the room clean. I had to wait almost an hour in the office to check in because no one was responding and there was no one in the office

The location

Rooms and facilities were not as pictured. Did not get the bunk bed room we reserved. The pictures look nothing like the hotel. Everything is run down and smells funny. Breakfast not included as it states. No towels for pool which was a run down pool. Only sheets on bed to sleep with. Hard pillows. Bathroom barely big enough for 1 person and felt like it was sinking towards tub. Staff not friendly or helpful.

We evacuated her from the Gulf Beaches for Hurricanes Helene and again for Milton. Owners Elbert, his wife Jean and staff were very understanding and attentive. They accommodated our every need during a stressful time. Perkins, Red Lobster, Walgreens, Walmart and others are close by. Old town is a short drive. Nice pool and sun deck. Thank you Elbert, Jean and team.

I liked that I was able to get a corner unit

The bathroom was small, tub clogged during showering, one roll of toilet paper, one hand towel, when asked for more hand towels and regular towels they came brought them, no blankets to keep us warm unfortunately.

Close to restaurants and to i4

People living there with their kids screaming and the room wasn't what was advertised. Holes in the walls no linen to wash or dry off my body. Had to buy my own linen .no bucket for ice. No table to sit at to eat. Barely room lighting, the door was locked but I could see people walking by or standing in front of the room at times and the room smelled like marijuana smoke. I asked to be moved to another room but they said they didn't have any other space.

It is an old property, it was clean however the overwhelming amount of outside cats has the whole place smelling of cat spray, the room had beds and hot water and mini fridge that we used. Other than that don't get your hopes up
