I appreciate the front desk's efforts to accommodate us and ensure our satisfaction.
The hotel is in need of a significant upgrade. The current furnishings, particularly the couches, are visibly worn and soiled, necessitating their replacement. Additionally, the carpets in the hallways require a thorough professional cleaning. Furthermore, there was a notable lapse in service regarding our request for fresh pillowcases. Despite our initial request, these were not provided, and we ultimately had to retrieve them ourselves from the front desk after a four-hour delay.

Very comfortable room and bed ,clean everywhere. Close to Disney
Second time we are coming, and second time we are unable to use a pool or lazy river. This time, there was some sort of big nasty scene with police involved, when we arrived. All people were kicked out of the pool, regardless. Disappointed.

This is one of the best values for a hotel in the area. The cost of the rooms is amazing, the facilities are always clean, the staff is friendly. Every time we're around we stay here and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
Coming in at night getting into the parking lot can be a bit of a challenge but that's uncontrollable.

Room was clean and comfortable. Great location with plenty of restaurants and other activities.
The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. A small convenience store in the lobby has a friendly staff and offers different kinds of snacks, toiletries, beverages, souvenirs. The Housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Friendly staff at the bar by the pool.
When calling front desk it was hard to reach anyone by phone. The fitness room was very small , two machines were out of order. The Mexican Restaurant attached was closed.

I can’t think of anything I liked about this property. It is very poorly built and the front desk is in a completely different building than the rooms. On top of that if you need anything in the room such as pillows or blankets tha should have been there to begin with you must travel back to the front desk to get it. With kids this gets kind of hard.
The staff are VERY unprofessional. The lay out is horrendous. The breakfast pricing is comparable to an actual restaurant and if you have to load up in the car and drive to the main building to get breakfast you might as well go buy something that you actually want.
The cleanliness of the room was not great. There was long brown hair in the bed, the bathroom clearly recently flooded and was just patched up, the light shades had rust on the tops, there is no actual blanket just an insert wrapped in sheets and no pillows or blankets at all for the pull out. When I called to have some brought I was told they can’t bring them but if I come back to the front building (driving distance) they will see what they can do to get some. Ended up just giving my kid my pillow because it was entirely too late to be dragging kids back to the other building.
The front building has timeshare sales people at the front desk and they are extremely rude. The one brunette was so rude that when she told us that there is a complimentary breakfast next door my husband asked where and she said it was about 5 miles away… my husband responded that that’s not very helpful and she stood up and all but got in his face and responded “how is it not helpful” as if she was ready to fight with him. He walked away and she just smirked. Then when we went to return the keys she sat behind the desk staring at me and smirking again.
The room itself only has the care minimum in it. This was by far the absolute worst hotel I have stayed in.

It had a fitness center, pool, and an exceptionally large TV to watch the Superbowl on.
It's time to replace the mattresses and/or box springs in the room i was in. Both queen sized beds were caving in towards the center of the room.

Great location for our visit. Pool area and lazy river were very nice, but it was too cold, so we enjoyed the hot tub. Bar was a nice addition. Room was spacious and comfortable.
I think we accidentally reserved the disability access room and there was no counter space in the bathroom.

My husband and I have stayed here every time was were I Orlando, but this time was very different. I only liked that the room was the same.
The staff is rude and hung the phone up in our face when we told them our room didn’t have any wash cloths and one towel. The hot tub had so many chemicals that it burned my skin, to the point I had to run and shower real fast. The shower at the pool didn’t work, the swimming pool supposed to be heated but it was cold as ice, it’s just not the same!
