How unorganized it was. They lost my reservation. and told me to call some hotline number while I had 2 small children with me around 10pm after Disney, somehow after were panicking and my husband is starting to get upset, the guy running the desk gave us a room… well it was someone else’s room which was suppose to be our room or so he says and so we walked in on a sleeping family which was sooooo horrible. It was embarrassing, I am still mortified. This poor family had scared children. My kids were freaking out, we returned to the front desk and this moron then proceeds to give us another random room this time it was like if someone had just slept In it, no bed sheets, dirty (pictures attached). I went back to the front desk and was hoping Ashton Kutcher would jump out and say he pranked us but I was disappointed to see this same front desk guy telling me he’s just handing me random keys to random rooms because he doesn’t know what’s going on. He doesn’t know which rooms are occupied, which are clean, which are dirty. I get my 3rd set of keys and was so mortified, I was scared to open the door to this 3rd room…the 3rd room we got at least had sheets and it looked like they had cleaned it but to be honest with you, my kids and we were kinda grossed out about what if, and it was musty. I’ll never be back and I recommend to spend the extra money and stay away from this creepy, unorganized, gross hotel. We had to sleep and pray that no one would be given our hotel key and barge in on us. My kids were so scared. I’ve never experienced such horrible service.

Location is decent, however I did worry for the safety of my vehicle parked overnight.
There is no elevator and we were on the second floor with two small dogs and my disabled mom and the staff could care less about our situation. The room smelled, it wasn’t clean, there was a crushed dead bug on the wall and the beds were absolutely horrible. The staff could barely check us in, he was in such a hurry, he gave us the wrong directions to the room, causing us to walk up two flights of stairs, for no reason because, he couldn’t take the time to explain where our room was, and the stairs that we used, we’re not accessible to our side of the hotel. He did take the time to threaten not to return our $100 deposit if we didn’t check out exactly at 11 AM, as soon as we left the front office, he locked up and left for the night. While trying to find our room, we were approached by a barefoot woman in jeans and some old black T-shirt. We had no idea who she was, come to find out. She actually worked there. I thought she was a guest when I first saw her, she didn’t take the time to address us in any type of professional way, she just asked us what’s going on? The next morning when we tried to check out, the office was still locked, there was a sign on the door, telling us that we could call for assistance at any time, but we had to text message them first and leave them a detailed message about why we were calling them. There was also a ring door camera which no one answered. We had to leave because we had things that we needed to do, we called the number until 11 AM before anyone picked up. Overall, and this hotel is a train wreck. Stay far away.

I liked the location while waiting for our Villa.
The inconsistant messages. We booked a dog friendly place then we're charged almost $300 for 5 more nights when they found out we had a dog (mini aussie).
The manager woke us up knocking on our door two separate mornings because we didn't pay the "new" pet fee that just went into effect.
This place isn't Kid friendly. We checked it out before booking because my 9 year old is petite and gets cold easily. So we only book places that allow supervised children in the hot tub.
The signage at the hot tub said, "No children allowed under 16 without adult supervision."
We were there several days and the same groups of seniors by the pool. Most were lovely, but some women in the pool didn't want any splashing because they don't get their hair wet.
Our daughter went into the hot tub and two guests went up to her and said she needed to get out. I'm 5 feet from her and they knew I was "mom." I explained the signage and they said that a written sign was posted beside it, while pointing at a blank sheet. It was very bizarre. My daughter is homeschooling and well traveled. She was having a conversation and wasnt doing anything other then getting warm and talking. She was in the hot tub with another boy that was black, and I believe this is what caused this.
Same people watched her in there for several days. The next day a new sign was posted and the old signage that allowed children in was painted over.
The manager was so kind when we checked in. Very unprofessional after that. Much like a child and we were not treated like adults.
We also haven't received our security deposit back. We even washed our bedding and towels two days before we left because it had been a week and they don't offer this service.
This is a "get what you pay for," example.

Great location and affordable prices.
No extra towels without having to pay $10 a day in advance for them. Cleanliness could have been better. Before booking, we didn’t know we’d have to take out our own trash to the dumpster at the back of the property or face a fine of $100.

The parking was horrible NEVER could get a spot near my room, drunks hanging out front while you have to walk across to your room. The door was bent to the room on the bottom, I alerted the staff and her response was “ that’s how all our doors are” The staff had attitudes especially the manager. There was only one roll of toilet paper , no towels you had to hunt someone down to get them. They stated they take pets with no charge of a service animal, that’s a lie I was charged. Someone easily could of busted the door open. The manger said she’d send one one and never did

The room was remodeled, clean, and very spacious. Staff was polite. Easy check in and check out.
Close to many things. The refrigerator was a good size with an actual freezer. You have a flea market next door that you can walk to with many vendors and food trucks. We had 2 rooms for 2 nights and it was a pleasant stay. Pool area was clean
No coffee maker, iron, hangers, or blow dryer in the room. Bring your own, and you will be fine. We were not told if the office has coffee for guests, but there is a Dunkin right next door. Pillows can be a little better as they were thin, or maybe if they add more in the room for those who like a better fluff. Besides the little minor things, the stay was great.

This place was decent, if you need a basic, no frills bed and shower, this will get it done.
There was a lot of noise from people coming and going, the walls are thin and noise from the parking area is easily heard, if you are a light Sleeper, request an upstairs room on the backside of the property.
