The location and the price.
1. We booked this hotel for 3 nights and we were very disappointed that the pool was closed. Nobody informed us about that and after seeing us in the pool, they came and asked us to leave the pool because they didn't have a licence to use the pool. I was surprised because this was the main reason for booking this hotel. After asking more questions, the receptionist lady, tells us we can use the pool from the hotel next to but she needs to book as before. We asked to book us by phone, but nobody answered, so she said she would give us a call in the room to let us know when we could go but never return the call. 2. In one of the nights, we showered with cold water. The second day in the morning, we had the same problem. When we asked the receptionist, they said it was a problem with the boiler from our building for 2 days, and they could offer us another room for that day to finish our shower. It was very unpleasant that nobody cares about us and our needs. 3. There were bugs everywhere on our entrance door and under and came inside the room around the window and door. 4. We didn't have a microwave in our room, we observed that on the last day when we used another room for a shower.
