Location & amenities.

About half of the staff members were horrible. They treated me like an untouchable, 2nd class citizen. They violated my HYPPA rights by talking about my private health status and judged me because they assumed —erroneously—that I was infected with COVID-19 — in spite of my test results which showed negative infection (not that it was any of their business anyway !) They demonstrated their contempt for me by not providing housekeeping services or allowing me to upgrade my room —-even though I had paid for it. Simply put , they were ethically contentious , demoralizing and disheartening , all the while thumbing their noses at civil society and conventional manners by practicing a repugnant form of bad behavior and public bulkying.
