I forgot my glasses at the hotel, no one answered my email, the phone does not exist on the website, it is impossible to get them

Staff was extremely nice, rooms were clean, comfortable and large. Beds were especially comfortable, which is a must. Location to BMO stadium was perfect for our concert. We had breakfast vouchers and really enjoyed that it was not a buffet but a menu selection. Great location, great staff, wonderful accommodations. I never write reviews so this says a lot.
