Unfortunately the price is too high for the hotel/service plus the parking is not included. We paid a fee for parking but it was outside the premises of the hotel, and in a gas station, I wish they tell you in advance that your car will be on the street, this was the "paid" parking option. So we had to leave our car outside which didn't feel safe. The smell of the hotel was unpleasant and they should renovate the bath tub.

Location was ideal for me as I like to be close to Hollywood, but not on Hollywood Boulevard. The innkeeper is super kind and helpful, the parking is reasonable and safe and close you can tell they are on top of their game when it comes to cleaning, and I was surprised at how quiet it was considering how close you are to all of the action it's an older hotel, at a reasonable rate, and if you go in with that mindset, you will have a great stay.
The Wi-Fi signal is a little weak, I tried to do some work while I was on my trip, and was unable to. A blessing in disguise.

It's two rooms Jack and Jilled with the bathroom. but the location is amazing The price is really good for being RIGHT in the heart of Hollywood.

I booked a room with two Queen sized beds and was surprised to find that each bed was in a seperate room connected by a shared bathroom. This was a nice surprise because I was with my girlfriend :3 and two friends, good for privacy! ;D The location is also great: close to downtown L.A. The staff was also very nice.
The only issue we found was that one of the towels in the bathroom didn't look clean but that was about it.

The room was dirty. Found hair, toenail clippings, food, and dirt on the floors. The shower was very dirty with black grime in the bottom. There the pillows were dirty and stains on the bed sheets. I recommend this hotel to those,who wants to be very close to the area of Walk of Fame,Hollywood bvld.It s 3 min down the street,it doesnt make any sense to pay more ,because this shity area ,it doesn’t matter which hotel you d stay,it s hollywood bvld.
This hotel is in safety block,discount for coffee in cafe and alcohol,very polite people in reception,very clear,fridge,tv,coffee machine,good service.For 2-3 days is okay.

The bathroom door knob locks anyone in if you go inside and you can’t get out unless someone opens it for you. The tub was dirty when we saw it also the sheets had stains on them . The sink was also leaking water from the side .

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to Amoeba or Capitol Records. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They will store your luggage if needed. Wifi works.
The room is tiny and old. The bathroom was terrible, felt old and dirty, the bathtub was awful. All of our towels had holes in them. Something is wrong with the mini fridge because it was noisy all night long. The walls are thin so you can hear everyone. The corridor smells with chemicals. I wouldn't reccommend this place.

It really was in a great location.
No on-site parking. Walking around that area at night is kind of scary. The lobby and the room had a bit of an unpleasant smell. The room smelled faintly of fish and the air conditioner running made it worse.

The location is pretty good. Easy access to Hollywood and Universal Studios. The cleaning staff was super nice.
The property could use a fair amount of updating but they do seem to be keeping it as nice as they can. The neighborhood is a little rough so paying to park at a gas station down the street (hotels only parking) was kind of crummy.

The whole building smelled funny, sound travels through walls, bed hard and squeaky and generally not very clean. Remote control for example was caked in grime.

My friend and I attended a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. This quaint little hotel is so lovely and close to EVERYTHING!! The owners welcomed us as we arrived and were so friendly. It's a great place to stay! Parking is only $20/night

I like the convenient location. Walkable to nearby walk of fame, and Hollywood bowl. Clean.
Not a big deal, but there are some homeless nearby, but they don’t bother anyone. Parking offsite across the street is a bit of a downer, especially if you forget something I. Your car, but not a deal breaker. The chevron is about a football field walk across Cahuenga.

Honestly, the hotel's location was awesome. It's pretty close to the Walk of Fame, near Hollywood. That is the best thing about this hotel (9.5/10). Accessibility to grocery stores and cafes is also reliable. They are 1 or 2 minutes at most away (10/10).
About cleanness and facilities, it is acceptable. you get what you paid for. Not exceptionally clean but it did not bother us (7/10).
Parking is in the gas station, 2 minutes away by walk which was not that bad (7/10).
The only thing that I gotta mention is that the hotel and neighborhood seem a little unsafe for families. we did not face any problems but you know some homeless are around which would be a potential danger for everyone.

Small. No fire alarms. They keep every window open for no reason. Parking was about a block away and separate. $20 for parking? Bathroom had a sink insanely close to the toilet. Shower head sprayed everywhere out of where it connected.

We didn't stay at the facility and he ran the credit card anyway after he tried to charge us a $300 cash deposit.
The man lied to us about running the credit card but he did anyway even though we decide not to stay because of the dollar deposit. And it's continued to be dishonest and and caddy through this whole ordeal.

Friendly owner operated hotel.
The venue is dated and you can tell no upgeading/spending is done. The room was small. The bed was clean but the rest of the room was not. Location, although walking distance to the strip, is not nice- it doesn't feel safe. No elevator and must take own luggage up steps.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful. He did his best to take care of our needs. The hotel's location is close to the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The window of the room on the first day was broken and could not be closed. The Wi-Fi was not working, and the receptionist said that the cable was broken throughout the hotel, so there was no Wi-Fi for the first night. The refrigerator has been ringing all night, causing sleepless nights. The next day changed a room, the room is just decorated, the smell of formaldehyde in the room is very heavy, my wife just entered the room soon felt breathing difficulties, the front desk staff said it would deal with, but in the end just take air freshener to cover up, formaldehyde still exists. So I slept with the Windows open for the last two nights.

The location to Hollywood boulevard was great.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Full fridge in the room.
Our bed only had a thin sheet so I was pretty cold both nights. Would have preferred a proper duvet.
Bed was hard & worried I wouldn’t sleep but was actually ok.
Room is dated but when we arrived, staff were painting so think they are in the process of sprucing it up.
