No street parking so required to pay a $39 per night valet parking fee. Also, they charge you a $30 amenity fee which supposedly covers coffee and a croissant the next morning.

Wonderful staff. Really gracious & always happy to help. I loved the cool vibe - the courtyard had gorgeous landscaping and great ambience. It felt like old Hollywood but not at all tacky. Very cool. Nicely designed rooms, edgy tasteful.
The neighborhood was sketchy at night. If it was in a โbetterโneighbourhood this would be my new favourite hotel in LA.

The decor is amazing. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom massive with a huge shower.
The street was full of dog faeces and homeless people sat at the bottom of the street. Hollywood walk.of fame area is not the best part of LA to stay so wouldn't stay there again.

I like to open the window and only one opened. So barely any fresh air in the rooms. Also I booked a room thinking it was going to look just like the photos but it wasnโt. I love the room style overall but the specific one I wanted wasnโt like the photos.

One particular staff person, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond for a real boutique hotel experience.
At no time was it ever explained that you would have to pay a daily $45 valet rate to park in their parking lot, when I specifically asked if the hotel had parking. This is not unusual but should be stated when asked by a guest. That being said the valet was exceptionally nice and helpful.

A very nice and exquisite boutique hotel in Hollywood, right next to some boutique apartments, and landmarks down the Hollywood Hills, walkable towards TCL Chinese Theater. I am very fortunate to stay in the room named after Bette Davis, which you will find is how they label their room. The room is absolutely stunning in Chinoiserie Style, with all the decorations on point. The staff is friendly and helpful. Had the most amazing stay in Hollywood that I would not forget.

This property is small boutique like. Very private, covered with beautiful palm trees and plants giving a very oasis vibe. They had the fireplaces going in the evening and early morning. So nice to sit and lounge by. Beautiful place for couples or adult gatherings.
I would have liked to have a jacuzzi. There is a nice spot that is above the main outdoor gathering space. Perfect spot for a jacuzzi.

The bed quality is amazing! And the central patio is a gem. We had a show at The Hollywood Bowl, easy to reach by foot, so no parking problem. Perfectly positioned.
The breakfast buffet was completely empty when we arrived at 9.30. They had to refill everything when we arrived. Shared space seems a little bit small if the hotel is full.

As first timerโs in LA, the advice we were given about where to visit near the area was absolutely perfect - it felt like getting advice from locals. The room was absolutely stunning, with even smaller details like the hand / body wash being magnificently elegant. The decor, atmosphere, and experience as a whole was incredible.
Only thing I could even possibly think of is a pool, or even a small โhot tubโ sized swimming hole to cool off in.

Really nice decor. Lovely patio. Very nice staff.
It is not a good location. I don't feel safe walking alone. Parking is in&out which means you can't take your own car when you need it. For one night if you are looking for something 9/10 in LA it's fine but I would not stay here again.
