The property feels secure. It is gated. It is definitely not the fanciest property and the facade looks a little aged but the rooms are very clean and looks like the bathrooms have been updated. I cant say enough of how clean the room was. It had a fridge but it wasnt plugged in so we didnt try to use it since we were there only one night. The manager was very nice.

It is located in the middle of nowhere so other than Graceland there was nothing really to do. Coffee in the room would have been nice as very hard to find a coffee shop nearby.

It was okay it wasn't okay when you had a safety security gate going in and out.
And then heaven like prison wires across the fence.
Are first night there? We found here behind the bathroom door.
And Last minute There was a water bubble in over the a sink Mold.
Other than that it was a good day good staff.
I work Choice hotel.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. There is an ice machine and laundry facilities. Older hotel so rooms are smaller but there was a fridge and microwave. Good location. Only stayed one night.
We were in the front and could hear road but got used to it. No hair dryer. Could use updated comforters to make the room look a little better since everything else looked updated. Maybe add extra pillows. Only two per bed.

For price, safety and closeness to Graceland and Hernando's. You are by the airport so let the planes flying ahead lull you to sleep for this price! Super loved it. The guy at the front desk brought me my phone I left on the counter. I was checking my fluids in the morning and one ofbthr owners made sure everything was ok. No breakfast but Taco Bell is right on EP BLVD. Will stay here every time I come to Memphis. Comfy beds. Updated bathroom. Gated!

I payed a bit more than the nearby motels charge because of the good reviews I read here and It was well worth the little extra $$
The bed was huge and firm, clean towels, option for heating, microwave and fridge.
The man who checked me in was very friendly and kind.
Bus stops are very close.
I recommend this place if you need a clean safe hotel in the area!

Abusive treatment upon arrival. The owner was swearing and yelling at me upon arrival at 130am. After the booking.com website said NO PAYMENT NOW, PAY ON ARRIVAL, the man yelled that he didn’t care what booking.com said and he charged the wrong card used so it declined the sell. He then canceled the booking and tried to charge more for the room because it was his hotel, his policy and his rate. I was yelled at, called names, made to feel completely uncomfortable and threatened by an abusive little man behind plexiglass. Appalling behavior AND violating booking.com policies. Do NOT stay here! They will scam you!!!!! I got my license back which he flung out the little hole and said we would go somewhere else. He continued yelling obscenities even after I was out of the building. Despicable behavior from any human to another for no apparent reason.
AVOD THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! The man seemed to have pure hatred and evil is him, just abusive m, vile and disgusting! Absolutely shameful.

The room we got was renovated and very comfortable. Great for the price. Had a guest laundry $2 a load. Close to Graceland can easily walk there. Security fences closed at night so felt secure. Owner was very helpful and told us what we should see.
Great location but a bit seedy. The look of the property is old but room was great.

Great little motel, close to the airport and Graceland.
No breakfast or coffee but it is a short drive away from any needs you may have.
The room was sparkling clean and the mattress was very firm and comfortable. The room does have a fridge and microwave if you need them.
The location is somewhat industrial but close to everything - the building is very secure with locking gates at night.
The front desk attendant was very helpful and ensured we maximized the most of our time in Memphis by providing excellent advice on what to do.
No coffee or breakfast but the price is so reasonable and the building so clean it doesn't matter.

The host & staff were very friendly. At check in the manager provided some excellent sightseeing options that turned out extremely memorable! Another staff member graciously gave us a tour and explanation of the bountiful vegetable garden he tends. We would stay again!
