The location was excellent.

The bathroom wasnโ€™t clean. The floor was dirty. The tile looked as if it hadnโ€™t been thoroughly cleaned in ages. The knobs in the tub were rusty and old. The bed was super hard. It felt like laying on a box spring. Lighting was poor in the room. The hall ways had a weird, stale smell. The staff was pretty rude. The woman at the front desk proceeded to have a whole personal conversation with a coworker before addressing my presence as I was checking in.

The aircon in the room was extremely loud, very hard to sleep at night. The bathroom was moulding and rusty. Minimum power outlets available.

Great location for north end of South Beach. Where the action is.

Needs updating. Room smelled musty.

Only the location

the beds are old and make a horrible noise every time you move in bed. The air conditioner makes a lot of noise. The bath towels seem to be old and very used (they are brown instead of being white)

Really near to the beach only 5minutes by foot and 15min to the city . If you want to go there with friends itโ€™s a really great place. They keep your luggageโ€™s if you arrive earlier. The staff is really nice.

The breakfast is really not good it needs improvement.

Second visit after two years. Good location, personnel is fine.

Coat hangers not checked, missing and broken. Door locking system is loose and not inspiring safety. Door is too old and need replacement or serious repair.

Close to the beach and strip. Continental Breakfast included.

Furniture and carpet looks run down. Needs to be refreshed/ renovated. Pay attention to Spring Break, so many breakers in town while here. My fault for not knowing, but came for Jazz in the Garden which was cancelled.

Nothing

Room smells, humidity, cockroach in the bedroom, spring breakers all over the hotel being loud all night long. Very old, bed very uncomfortable. We stayed because we have already pay it in advance but wouldnโ€™t recommend it at all.

Absolutely nothing with them.

Loud, dirty, nasty, no parking, no refrigerator, and so on. I hope never see this kind of ghetto place in my life.
