The staff were really accommodating and friendly. They carried our luggage to our room. After checkout, we were allowed to store our luggage while we went to the beach for a couple of hours.

The elevator was out of service. The rooms were tiny per usual for Miami.

The property I fantastically located on south beach ocean drive, in the very popular art deco area. The beach is located right across the street. The property offers beach towels and chairs, which you can take to the beach. They also offer bicycles if you want to take a ride around the streets of downtown Miami.

The rooms are very dated and the room needed not only renovation, but a complete deep clean. You can sit on the toilet, wash your hands and shower your feet all at the same time, the toilet is that small, and the frosted door to the toilet leaves nothing to the imagination. The insulation and soundproofing are nonexistent. I was very disappointed with the overall quality

Great location for beach, restaurants, and walking around South Beach! Ines and Daphne at the front desk and the young men handling our luggage provided great service and stored our bags until we were able to check in.

Rooms were dated and small and the mattresses were too soft. Paid $8.00 for coffee in the morning and $18.00 for a sangria that was basically a glass of orange juice with a splash of red wine.

Room was old. Coffee was 7 dollars per cup even for guests. Was told I’d receive a discount for cocktails and food, did not. Power went out for over an hour with no generator and sleeping was disrupted by hot sweats. Valet took a very long time and was told it’s 50 dollars to park each night!! That is ridiculous and desk services told us otherwise. She said it should be 50 dollars per stay. Not entirely sure which is true because of language barrier but I believe we got incorrect information and overpaid. Overall, not a pleasant stay, everything over priced, and no amenities whatsoever including an ice machine. Definitely NOT worth it

A discount to eat at the restaurant at the hotel - there was no encouragement at all. We ate at lots of places, but never at our own hotel, which was fine, but odd from a business perspective.

Their smoking section was nice. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel was very dated for the price. The water pressure in the shower was to be desired. The restaurant promised a 15% discount yesterday charged me 13.00 for 1 single piece of stale cold toast and a cup of black coffee. When I requested to stay another night they charged me another security deposit twice.

The location is absolutely unbeatable right in the heart of Ocean Drive with the beach just steps away. The charm of the Art Deco vibe gave our anniversary trip a classic Miami feel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we loved starting each morning with the complimentary breakfast in the lobby

The room was a bit on the smaller side, and the street noise from Ocean Drive can be a bit loud at night—but that’s just the price you pay for staying right in the middle of the action.

The location is great right across the beach. Along Ocean drive many places to choose to eat and walking distance to fun bars.

I would hope staff at the front desk would be a bit more warm to guest. I checked out 6/10/25 and went to the front desk to check out. The front associate simply asked if I wanted a receipt and didn’t say how was your stay or thank you. I had minor issues like the toilet reservoir did not refill upon flushing, but it was fixed after asking to send someone to the room. The gym had a part of cable that was loose, but that was also fixed after maintenance was advised.

I never ended up checking in. I tried to contact the hotel a week in advance of my arrival and could never reach anyone. I emailed and called. Finally, they responded and told me it was up to Booking.com. Booking.com could not reach anyone either. The hotel then offered to allow me to stay one day less and pay additional. I went to check-in and everyone surrounding the front desk was complaining about how awful the hotel was. The lady at the front desk told me to e-mail someone who would respond in the morning. I was left without a place to stay and had to find somewhere else. The hotel refused any kind of option.

I did early check in through the link that was provided , my credit card was charged and when I went to check in they charged my card again for cleaning fee and said it was “holding fee” that once I check out it’ll be reimbursed. Never was reimbursed and we left the room spotless.
