The staff was very nice and it seemed like they were busy so don’t want to be harsh but they asked us if we wanted our room cleaned and we told them several times we wanted fresh sheets because they had gotten sandy, but they never changed the sheets, was kind of an uncomfortable way to sleep our last night.

Fantastic location for being near South Beach and the surrounding areas. There's a multi-story car park across the road where we could park each day too, handy to know if you're after parking. The apartment was light and airy, had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

we had the 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect for our family. we had other family staying at the same location and our living room was big enough to accommodate the kids when they came down. our room was right in the middle of everything. I would only stay here in the same suite next time I travel to Miami.

Great location. Right on S Beach. Close to everything. Perfect to sit right between Wet Willie’s and Fat Tuesday. Hotel rooms are spacious. Like having an apartment.
Small bathrooms. Nowhere to put toiletries. TVs should be updated. Had to switch rooms. Outdated windows that do not lock.

The hotel is in a wonderful location and is very clean.
If your room is facing the street it is unbelievably loud. All you hear is traffic all night long. There is not a bathroom door. No shower doors either. You have zero privacy in the bathroom.

The location is amazing! I was truly surprised by the quality of the room. I will definitely recommend and I look forward to staying here in the future. The kitchen was equipped with wine glasses, ice buckets , wine opener and everything to make my short stay worthy. Plus I love the little bar downstairs.

The rooms are spacious, reasonably clean, and fairly well appointed.
The place isnt as nice as it used to be. They added a bar to courtyard area but it is essentially permanently closed, so it was better the old way. They didnt bother decorating for christmas like they used to, and there is no real pool to speak of, so its lacking. The room itself is pretty nice, but the flooring is starting to peel because its non-waterproof laminate flooring. Breakfast/ coffee is no good. They dump out a loaf of bread, and some jelly literally. Effort is down, and it shows. Couldnt bother to turn on the string lights in the walk way 2 of the 3 nights we were there.

There were many things, but you won’t allow me to put it all here. The biggest was water coming down the wall from upstairs and I got an electrical shock when I went to switch the light on. Got an electrical shock. Missing handle on refrigerator.

I enjoyed the convenience of the location, but there wasn't anything else I enjoyed at this hotel.
When checking in I asked management if we could stay in a more quiet room, as my youngest and I are both light sleepers. Managers confirmed that we can change our room to the fourth floor after a guest checked out the following day. Saturday morning, I go in to the office to confirm move and tell her I will be grabbing breakfast with family and wil check back once I get back. After lunch (12:15 pm) I check back with manager and she says the guest decided to stay until noon checkout and at that point had not checked out yet; she asked my to pack up our luggage and once the room was cleaned she would move our stuff into the new hotel room on the 4th floor. Later that day when we got back; our room was not relocated and I was told "they were overbooked". Honestly, that was a lie as we were told we would be moved to the fourth floor. I barely slept the 4 DAYS we were there as it was loud and our front door was broken, so I slept on the couch for security reasons.
Shower head was broken. Lightbulbs needed to be replaced. Our view from the hotel room was a alleyway with garbage and lockers for the employees.

You need to at least have a regular antenna for the TV in the rooms to pick up local news and you need to have a designated parking area for the hotel clients. Also the door to the room had a gap in the jam so you could see into the room from outside the door

Perfect location, good value for the money. The appartment was big enough. Staff was very good, except one older lady, who was quite grumpy - probably because we arrived at the end of her shift.
It needs some renowation, refurbishment and should be a little bit cleaner. The pool looked like it was cleaned a decade ago. We were very unlucky to have the coldest days of the year and the heating system was not working - the room was 60-62F cold... The wifi is not really working on the upper floor.

Don't ever stay there.
They put us in a room I had never saw on Booking.com, that I had never reserved obviously. And when I asked them for assistance and kindly asked to be moved to another room, receptionist was extremely rude and then decided to give me a silent treatment. I asked for manager but I guess that place doesn't have the one.
Absolutely horrible. We of course didn't stay there cause my room was looking at the basement and I simply didn't feel safe.
Do yourself a favor and don't ever book this place .

Location is what sold the stay to us. We like to walk so having beaches and SoBe lunch/dinner spots close is our preference. The room was very big, a little apartment honestly, which always helps to feel relaxed. Nice catch on clean beach towels everyday.
The bathroom could use some reno: the sink was very uncomfortable as the water was exiting only on one side and was quite impossible to use.
