Small rooms, towels in rooms were poor quality given amount you pay. Whilst coffee bar and bar were great places to hang, too pricey. 6 for a coffee & 15 for glass on wine. No fridge in the room to keep water cool either.

The rooms are adorable and the pool is so fun! The staff was attentive and accommodating.
Some of the exterior furniture was looking worse for wear and there were no tissues in the room. Rooms are on the smaller side. Check out was a nightmare! The line was so long.

Party hotel so people were always in and out, room was very small and didnt look like the pictures. No facilities in the room no wardrobe floor space or fridge. Not much room. Quite disappointed and not good value for money. Water pressure of shower also not great.

Be careful they try charge you a lot of extras at checkout, saw it happen 3 times in a space of 2 days. We asked if there was a space on beach for guests and the lady at front desk laughed and said yes, we had to then ask her where and what colour umbrellas to look for - she gave us no information. Got to the beach to be told you have to pay for umbrellas LOL

- Really nice and beautiful place. Hotel and room inside are really pretty.
- Some staff is nice and friendly
- Close to the beach
- Quiet at night, no noise absolutely.
- Complementary water all the time.
- Pool. It is nice, beautiful but it is unreal to use. 1st situation. We came to the pool around 7pm and its closed, but sunset was around 8:30. 2nd situation. On weekends be ready to pay near the pool for everything. No free sunbeds or chairs for hotel residents. So you can enter free of charge but have to pay a lot of money to enjoy the pool.
- Private beach or free sunbeds with umbrella. I tried to find 3 times 3 days but it was waste of time. They should be in the beach close to entrance from 7th street but there are nowhere.
- Staff and communication inside. Some of them are not friendly and absolutely not interested for helping you. Our tote bag was full of different rust on metal buttons so it was broken after 3 days. I brought it to the reception at my checkout, showed and explain. So later I was charged for this bag 40 usd and spend 2 days via email explaining this situation again. I got my money back but it is a good service at all.
For management. Please work hard with staff and do something with your pool. Paying good money and understand that you cant enjoy it at all is really bad.

The staff members were great and so friendly I went on a solo trip for 6 days I stayed at the goodtime hotel and they catered to all of my needs and made me feel so comfortable the rooms were clean and the food was good it was an event almost every day and at the same time very relaxing I will be going back in the near future and also recommend to family and friends....

Great location. Great hotel facilities especially pool area (when its not the pool party weekend), staff are very pleasant. Great indoor and outdoor gym. My go to hotel in Miami.
Queen rooms are tiny, also packed very close to each other and were extremely noisy either side. Queen rooms are starting to feel overused, this is the 5th time Ive stayed at this hotel over the last 2 years and I can see a decline in the upkeep of the Queen rooms, they are definitely in need of a refresh. I had to upgrade to a king room during my stay for more space and not to be as close to other rooms. King room is excellent, very spacious and value for money, it was in excellent condition in comparison to the Queen room.
Queen rooms are fine in youre there for a short stay or party weekend but for a holiday and hotel room feel I would recommend booking a king room. I will only be booking the King room moving forward.

The vibe was great and everyone was really nice. I loved the pool.
I had the chance to use the pool on Thursday, but I wish there were a little bit more sun beds for guests of the hotel ona Friday (at least in the early hours, before people come in for the pool party). We chose the beach instead and got free sunbeds there instead, so it was all good.

Fantastic south beach location, if you are into the pool parties then that would be a plus but it does take away from an idea of having a relaxing time by the pool. Nice spaces in hotel on 3rd floor by cafe/library/gym, comfortable beds, helpful, friendly staff. Offer F45 gym classes , beach loungers, towels/tote.
Limited food available at hotel. Coffee shop good but limited items and a touch overpriced. No in room dining available while there. While beds comfortable, the room is small and no small table or desk to use computer or eat on. There is a juice bar close by that is good. The gym could have been larger. There is a nice outdoor gym space but limited equipment.

The pool was the main reason we wanted to stay at this hotel but same week when we have the reservation comes to text that there is a pool party and under 21 y are not allowed to go there. So we couldn't use the pool at the first day. There is no mention this at the booking pages.
Room is quite small. Also not many things on the room, no kettle, big fridge etc..
Also all big sun beds are reserved after 11.30am for eaters? and can be empty whole day.
Also used the cafeteria at the hotel, worst latte i ever had

Close to Miami Beach, had free sun beds on the beach , with beach towels. Gave us a room on arrival which was good as we were there early.
Pool party on Saturday afternoon - you get free admission staying at hotel normally $30 each.
Long walk from lift to allocated room. Cant sit on a sun bed at pool during pool party unless you agree to pay minimum $150 drinks.

they gave us free beach chairs located on south beach to use until 5pm every day during our stay. It was fantastic!
No coffee maker in the room, not a deal breaker but I like a coffee before I leave for breakfast. They do have room service though, so I probably could have ordered one.

The Library and pool were beautiful not that we got to enjoy it because there was party both nights we were there.
The rooms were TINY. It says room for 2 but what they mean is room for 2 children. The walls were paper thin, you were constantly hearing people walk through the hallways. . The food in the restaurant was expensive and quite honestly didnt have much.
